I contacted FlexScreen after receiving our order concerning the fact that they did not fit properly after completing following their measuring instructions. I have yet to hear back from them as to how to proceed. Not very customer service friendly after the sale.

Flexscreen is one of my favorite businesses and products. Why? How about being able to install a third story window screen by passing it through the window from inside and positioning it perfectly. Two screens….total installation was less than five minutes. Fit is perfect. I’m saving hundreds of dollars with reduced air condition costs. No ladder work! The Best!

If you measure correctly and read the instructions on the type of channels on your window frames you can't lose....these screens were so very easy to install and perfectly tight to the frames it was amazing. We live in a very rural area on a creek and we have bugs galore...our windows only had half screens and the mothlike flying things would fill up the house in crazy numbers every night sneaking in through the tiny cracks between the screen and window...now everything is so tight they can't get in at all...matter of fact the only place we do get any in is around our window air conditioners... we're so glad we watched Shark Tank and saw this great product so we can finally enjoy open windows and the breezes we get coming down the creek in our backyard on days and nights we don't need the air conditioners...Thank you Flex Screen!!
Pretty terrible. Advertised to be a flat rate for the screens so I placed my order. Went in to enter my measurements and get my screens in production and the final submission page pops up with an alert that my order will incur a $200 shipping charge. THAT'S MORE THAN THE SCREENS COST! Terrible way to advertise and hook your customer. I cancelled the order, this was a bit of a gamble being they have you measure your own windows and I'm not willing to more than double my investment in something I'm unsure of.
Service is 100 percent amazing. I sent an email about a slight issue they responded within a day and the fix is already in process. It makes all the difference to work with a company that is there to help when needed. Defining will be back for my next set of window.
Good product, fits great,easy to remove
Was skeptical at first, but now that I h e recieved it, im definitely ordering again!
Received my order and found one screen damaged and the box compromised. Another one was a size issue. Both were replaced. screens went in simply as shown in the various videos, including the original Shark Tank presentation. I hope they function just as well when they are removed for window cleaning.
These were great. Excellent through visibility, easy to install, easy measuring with the provided tool, and fast delivery. I would definitely get more of these.
