Are you kidding me?! Nope, they are not!! We've been thinking about new screens for some time, and when I saw these I wondered if it was too good to be true. When the screens arrived, I had all four installed in less than five minutes, and that includes the three minutes it took to install the first one. These are much more rugged than I expected and the fit was perfect after using the measuring tool. We have double-hung windows and could only use the lower window with our previous screens. With these screens and our two-way window shades, we can open the top window in the evening and not worry about people looking in our house. We are already thinking about our next order.
I purchased several screens. I installed a screen, noticed a small gap in the corner. I removed the screen, added the bumpers & noticed that I had bent the frame. I called customer service, sent a picture, & was promprly issued a new screen. Flex Screen really honors their guarantee!

I'm really excited about my new screens. This will allow me to take them in and out w/o ruining the frames. Only wish you made smaller sizes at less price so that all my screens would be the same. I have 4 windows that are only a fifth of the size of an average window. Too much to pay for smaller screens.

Perfect solution for window screens!!! I always had trouble removing the screens to wash up windows, but with the flex-screens, this process is so easy and uncomplicated. I love the screens!!!
This is an outstanding product. It does require the purchaser be able to follow simple directions, and to measure accurately in detail. Much in the way of negative reviews seem to involve the purchaser being unsuccessful in the matter of measuring carefully and twice before hitting send. Others are issues of damage in transit that have little to do with accurate manufacture. My house is from 1945, and, much like its current owner, is slightly warped and in some ways bent out of shape. In most of my windows I didn't even need the pads for support. They snapped in perfectly such that not even a baby spider could get in. When my other conventional screens become damaged I will definitely purchase these again.

These screens fit perfectly. I ordered the Solar screens to help with too much afternoon sun entering a bedroom. How well they filter out the heat remains to be determined. So far I like them, and they are easy to install and remove for cleaning etc. I intend to purchase more since they will custom create each screen depending on your window size.
We followed the instructions for measurement and used the antenna tool but the screens are ever-slightly too big to fit within the tracks. We placed them in the space and secured them with thumbtacks. I would certainly prefer that they fit correctly, but did not see any type of money-back guarantee They do appear to be a high-quality product otherwise.
Wasn’t sure about my measuring skills but their tool really helped and the screen fits great. No more breaking screens refilling my bird feeders!
4 of the 6 screens fit perfect not sure why but the two bathroom window screens were nearly too big and I measured them the same as the others.
PERFECT FIT! The measuring instructions were very helpful.... so follow them and you will have a screen that fits like a glove! I will be replacing all my screens with FlexScreen!
The screen fits but falls out at just a mild touch making it impossible to open my windows as all you have to do is touch them and they fall out.
Shipping process was right on track!! Easily installed them and QUALITY was actually a little better than I expected!!
