We bought a few tickets for an Ultimate Lepoard gig at the Liquid Rooms in Edinburgh through this webste. The event did not exist. Talked to the Manager at the Liquid rooms Edinburgh he had no clue about the event. We tried to complain to fixr.co and even though they are the ones that took our money they denied it had anything to do with them and blamed some event organiser that I certainly had no dealings with. Got the following from fixr.co and no refund from anywhere. Our platform is free to use and available for all event organisers. Each event organiser has its own refund policies. Sadly, we have no control over the events displayed on the platform and therefore can not issue refunds without permission. I would suggest you contact the event organiser because they can only approve this request for you. I will, however, escalate this issue with management and we can investigate this further for you. I hope this helps and we're sorry we can't help any further Orlando FIXR So get your tickets elsewhere, it is just not worth the risk!!!

I made a simple mistake in a recent booking and the team at FIXR helped me out to solve my problem. Other companies are not that accommodating, You can book with confidence with them, they do more thatn just a sale, thank you again.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH FIXR IS GOOD! AN EVENT WAS CANCELLED RECENTLY AND I GOT REFUNDED WITH THE HELP FROM THE STAFF! VERY RECOMMENDED THIS PLATFORM.

A very efficient service. I booked tickets and then 2 people had to drop out and they didn’t hesitate to refund the tickets.

The ordering experience is easy. I had to contact support (due to a fault of my own) and they rectified the issue quickly and politely.

I had a rescheduled event and didn’t know if I need new tickets they helped me out some much even when I thought I was being a pain the found out the information with the event moving venue and more thank you

I recently purchased tickets for an event, which unfortunately was cancelled (I think due to events out of the organiser's control). The Fixr team were speedy and helpful in reimbursing my money, so I'd definitely purchase another ticket knowing this!
