Event cancelled without notification by organiser, Fixr refusing to process a refund. There are no contact details for the event organiser, to which Fixr staff unhelpfully tried to direct me, so they don't give a damn about vetting organisations looking to steal people's money in the name of organising events. SCAM, getting a chargeback asap.

I had made a silly mistake in the number of tickets I ordered, customer service was amazing and quickly refunded the excess. This is a seamless service hosted by very amiable staff.

I unfortunately couldn’t make my event but i had a response the same day and they had issued a refund, this company are 100% reliable and would definitely recommend!

I bought eight tickets for an event which has been cancelled. I took out their insurance to cover not being able to go. The insurance will not pay out on cancellations. Fixr provides no way of requesting a refund other than through their insurance. So you end up in this useless loop of not being able to get your money back. Legally I know I will eventually succeed but they are making it so difficult. I still haven't received an e-mail from them, after their reply below.

Quick and easy refund I bought two tickets for an event in error and emailed to ask for a refund - the company confirmed the next day they would refund me.

Very helpful, I always use FIXR to buy tickets for events. There customer service team are also excellent being very helpful in assisting me with a refund, as I could no longer attend an event I had bought tickets for.

Excellent company to deal with. I had accidentally purchased the wrong tickets as well as the correct tickets and when I needed to cancel they were very professional with dealing with my problem All has been resolved now. Looking forward to the coming event.

Was able to arrange a refund by mailing Hope at FIXR. She responded quickly and ultimately I’m happy as got the refund! Only drawback was it was difficult to find the refund policy and contact could have been easier. I’m old school and would have loved a phone number to actually speak to someone!

I emailed looking to see if it was possible to get a refund for one of the two tickets I purchased. After less than a week I received an email stating I was to receive my refund in the next few days! Very quick and easy, no hassle at all!

I have been contacting FIXF for the past 2 months to get a refund for cancelled trip (cancelled by the trip organizer). The company that organized the trip claims that FIXR was handling the payment and should be the to reimburse the cost of a trip. There have been no adequate explanation or cooperation from FIXR when I tried to contact them and they are just ignoring my messages, as well as my friend’s who is in the same situation.

Had a query regarding a refund for an event that had been cancelled. Kaitlin dealt with the question quickly and efficiently. It took less than 12 hours from the time I emailed for the query to be resolved, which I think is an incredibly efficient service. Cheers team.
