I purchased 4 Tickets for a London Boat Party. Great! 1 hour later was emailed saying I would be receiving a refund within 5-10 days. Not so great! was organising a birthday surprise for friends who all live in different parts of UK so peeved, to say the least, so once decided, after confirming and paying, wasn't expecting money back (not all of it though), £8 less than I paid! Emailed Fixr, wasn't replied to for days, Called them 7 times on the phone, was cut off 7 times too. On the website where you book for these events, this event is up and running again straight away, so definitely not cancelled as I was eventually emailed and told. Absolutely fed up and realised where they get their company name from. It's a fix for sure!!!

The guys at FIXR were very kind, helpful and understanding when I made a booking and then had to cancel it about 24/48 hours later. Their very kind, help, advice and assistance in this case couldn’t have been better. I’d booked tickets and my phone automatically inputted my email address incorrectly so I couldn’t find my tickets. I contacted FIXR and they were quick to resolve my problem and located the email address and I can now find my tickets. Very efficient and polite, many thanks Ibby and Ana.
Although it took three days and a follow up email to get a response to my query, customer services were helpful and friendly. They were not authorised by their client to offer the refund I requested but they put me in touch with their client directly. A week later I found a refund from FIXR on my credit card. It was a bit of a surprise because I hadn’t had a message back from the client or from FIXR, but I was grateful nonetheless and I sent an email back to customer services to thank them for their assistance.
Ibby is amazing to deal with, great company and very quick at replying. Unfortunately had to cancel our booking with them and they were super quick and refunded quickly.

Very fast responses and helpful staff. I accidentally bought two tickets and was issued a fast refund.
Asked if they could refund me a specific ticket then refunded the wrong ticket - meaning I had to repurchase that (luckily I could)! Also, the website crashes frequently when certain high demand tickets are released. Other than this site is alright, does sometimes take a while to load bought tickets EDIT: additionally when I was refunded they kept the FIXR fee!! the audacity to not return that
I booked a ticket to go to a club but cancelled on the day because I was ill. I emailed about getting a refund and didn’t think anything of it and I got it! Thank you very much, I’ll also add that I had a very quick reply.
