The app is easy to use to book concerts and to see what is on. What is different about FIXR is that they offer great customer service and there is a human being dealing with you. I recently asked for a refund as I had duplicated the tickets. The refund was processed very quickly with friendly service.

Fixr has amazing costumer service and quite helpful as they respond quickly. My concern was resolved in little to no time with regular follow up emails. Good service. Keep up the good work.

Had to cancel an event I couldn’t go to anymore and emailed regarding this and they responded promptly and informed me when I would receive the refund.

I purchased tickets for the New Year's party at Revolucion de Cuba but I realized I couldn't attend last minute due to personal circumstances. The team helped right away and did a refund. Hopefully, I get to go to other events at Revolucion de Cuba!!!! Thanks to the team btw!

Still waiting for my refund for a show I didn’t attend due to false advertising of Artists. I paid my refund protection and have contacted FIXR several times. Asked me contact Promoters which I tried to no avail. FIXR then said they were in touch with the promoters and sorting something they will get back to me in a day and this was on 15/12/23 and up to now there is no communication at all . FIXR - why do you take a payment refund protection when you don’t give the refunds and where does that money go to ? seems a bit doggy here and would advise anyone using FIXR be very careful paying for refund protection as it doesn’t work and you get ignored. The customer service is abhorrent and will definitely never use or recommend them . As a Blogger in Music this will be a topic of my many topics warning fans about FIXR using my evidence. Also on the provision of reasons for refund - there is no section to seek refund for false advertising so no tick boxes yet punctuated on Covid which should be upgraded. THIS IS NOT HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS

Sadly my event was cancelled. I emailed FIXR they replied straight away and organised a refund.

The event we were going to was cancelled at short notice & we were not able to make the new date they gave us. I emailed to request a refund & Kaitlin replied the same day saying they’d issued the refund for me. Excellent service & I would definitely book through them again.

Have just had to cancel tickets to an event which is taking place tomorrow. Fortunately there is a waiting list so was able to return tix and get a refund. FIXR processed this refund within 2 minutes of my request - that's what I call great customer service!

My event was cancelled with little notice. I was given a new ticket for a date in May 2024. Unfortunately I had already booked for a festival that week. I emailed the company today and they refunded my money. The admin staff are lovely and such a quick response. I recommend using this ticket company .

Even though the event was cancelled, with a notification just the day before, FIXR were brilliant in refunding my money, literally within a few hours of asking. All I had to do was contact the Team via the email address in the notification mail and job done. Customer service = superb! Thank you for glowing service :) In addition, FIXR is a great website for checking out what's on at The Hampton Hub. A fantastic little venue for great sounds, great bands and generally an good night out - there's something there for everyone.
