Everything was as advertised
Unfortunately the solar panels either do not work or stop working soon after installation.

I purchased several of the E340 floodlight cameras during the Black Friday deals and the initial setup and installation went smoothly. The app has a lot of ways to tailor the operation of the cameras and lights and it has taken a bit of work to configure them to consistently alert in the areas I want to monitor. Also, if there no detected motion for just a few seconds it seems the cameras will stop recording and then alert again when motion is detected a few seconds later, and this can happen over and over again in a matter of a minute. Overall they do seem to do a good job of detecting and slewing to the area of motion, but I have one camera on the driveway that doesn’t seem to want to detect my car entering the driveway in the evenings. It seems to detect my son’s car entering just fine, and always seems to detect cars leaving. Not sure what is up with that.
I love the look of the light/cameras with over 1 million different light colors, easy to install, the camera view and clarity is excellent.
Incorrect information was provided from the website chat help stating that the floodlight (E340) can be plugged into a standard outlet for power and operation. It can only be plugged in for setup, but requires hard wiring. I considered returning it but instead coordinated to have it wired in. That said, I love the products and overall have been really pleased with Eufy and have recommended Eufy to a lot of people. We now own/use quite a lot of Eufy products.
The video quality in the day and night is clear. I love the 360 feature and only get notify when someone approaches the property. It does great in the rain as well. Also, the other day the neighborhood had a power outage and I didn’t have to reset the cameras.
Eufy has awesome products from everything I’ve seen thus far. Shipping times leave a bit to be desired but otherwise excellent.
It is even better than I hoped it could be. I have three dogs and a cat. Eufy is life changing. I like it so much within two weeks I bought one for my daughter. Tell everyone! Best product at a great price.

Eufy no longer supports its Robovac 11+ machines from 2019 with replacement brushes and filters. I ordered something for the 11 but it doesn’t fit the 11+. I had to pay to ship back the garbage they sent me.
customer support for troubleshooting and eventual return very good, when also help from another to gear a camera I'm keeping. that may have solved my problem and I'm glad to have felt the weight of the camera Roneesha asked me to return for refund, to think about that mount some more and investigate the substrate more.
The Eufy machine has done everything we expected very well.
