Replaced both right and left wheels due to loud grinding noise. Worked quietly for about a week, now making the loud grinding noise again

It started with a great discount on the package I needed. Then I was very pleased with the quality of the system. Being able to live stream while away was great. And I really like the new app.

When I searched for these products I specifically was looking for HomeKit or Matter support for integration into my smart home setup. The lights I bought were advertised as having the requisite support. When I got the package it only supported Alexa and Google Home. I requested a return and refund. Their system offered me a $20 refund to keep the items. Not when I spent over $130 for items that I could not use. It then took a week of emails to get a label to return it. I am now waiting for the refund... days ticking by... paypal is now on the case.

Eufy indoor camera failed on me after 13 months of use. Eufy responded quickly on my problem and sent me a new indoor camera. They are excellent.

This, is the first machine that can keep up with 2 toddlers, 2 large dogs, 2 cats not to mention the grandparents over all the time with there dog. It has saved us hours of work. It is loud but not so much that it is offsetting the time savings. We went from never heard of a company to life long customers.

I loved these cameras when I bought them in the summertime but they suck in the winter time. Every time it snows, it thinks it’s detecting somebody in my driveway and is significantly draining my batteries

The image quality on the S3 Pro is AMAZING and the best I have seen. And when you power it with plug-in power it can record 24/7. On the downside the app still feels unrefined and toy like. The motion alerts are still very inflexible. They need to add the ability to NAME the motion zones and then be able to choose what kinds of motion get recorded and separately what kind of alerts are sent. This is now NEST does it and it works great. Also, viewing on a web browser from your computer is not very well implemented at all. This needs a lot of work. And running the app on a iMac with M processors is very buggy

Battery life is no way as long lasting as it claims to be. My experience has been needing to recharge battery every three weeks. Shame on Eufy for advertising a false battery life

They are easy to install and easy to program and easy to use
