I really like this robot vacuum. It does has a tendency to get stuck running over items at times. Does a great job picking up debris and dust. Great price compared to competitors.

The solar 340 is not compatible with my wifi...item will not connect to my wifi... Until I'm able to connect the 340 won't bother to try connecting the flood light security camera.

This machine lives up to all the manufacturer claims that it is. It does an excellent job on all floor types in out home and is efficient in doing the job. We had a robotic vacuum before but does not compete with the Eufy X10 Pro. Our dog doesn't like it much but we love it. I am still somewhat mesmerized watching it and seeing how it goes about cleaning our floors. Big Thanks!!

I'm really not liking the Eufy division of Anker. I ordered a replacement part Nov 30, 2024. They finally shipped it December 8, 2024. I contacted them January 4, 2025 to let them know I still hadn't received it, and was informed that my 30 day warranty for the part was expired and I was out of luck. After a few more messages, I was told the replacement was being shipped and I would be sent tracking info as soon as it was available. Today, January 14, 2025, I still don't have shipping info. I've now been waiting 45 days for my order. My other major problem with Eufy is they don't know what products they sell. I have a later model G30, and couldn't get replacement parts that fit, even when providing the serial number and a picture of the identiplate to Anker customer service. Three years into owning it, there is finally some tiny print on the website stating that later model G30s are actually G40s, so order parts for a G40.

Set up of the EUFY S380 Home Base, Video Doorbell E340, and Solar Cam S340 was easy and all work well with the EUFY Security phone app.

Camera and solar charger are working well. Identifies human, vehicle, other accurately. 4G LTE communication has been reliable. App is a little clumsy, but overall this camera is performing as expected.

I run two systems and 2 home bases. Every other night I get a message to re-format the hard drive? Does not state which one, why or how? System seem to work fine.

I've accumulated a lot of Eufy Credit points and have no way to redeem them ,because of Eufys terrible point system. And I make sure i tell anybody looking for a security camera company!

The delivery was quicker than expected. We upgrade our other eufy cameras with these. We love that they are charged by solar, also you can charge up through the battery. We got these through a eufy savings offer which was very helpful cost wise. We love the pan and tilt options and the spotlight that comes on when dark. Really great way to deterant a person up to no good. My daughter said they're intimidating and she felt like she was at work and she's a prison counselor. Lol So we know they are doing the job if they ever quit working for any reason. Also the picture and video quality is awesome

I am absolutely frustrated and disappointed with my experience with Eufy. I ordered a robot vacuum for £999, which was supposed to be delivered in early December 2024. However, due to the package being damaged in transit, it was returned to Eufy, and since then, nothing has been resolved. The whole situation has been an ongoing nightmare. It's now been over a month since I was expecting my refund, and despite countless emails and follow-ups, I still haven't received my money back. Eufy claims they are "investigating" the issue and contacting UPS, but I just keep getting the same generic responses from their customer service team with no real progress. I’ve exchanged over 30 emails with a manager named Christopher, but at this point, I'm completely stuck and don’t know where else to turn. The lack of urgency and accountability is astounding. Instead of offering a straightforward refund, they've only offered me a replacement, but after such a drawn-out, stressful experience, why would I even consider buying from them again? To make matters worse, I’ve incurred interest charges on my credit card because they’ve failed to return my money. This whole ordeal has caused me a lot of stress and frustration, and I’m now looking into seeking compensation for their poor handling of the situation. Overall, Eufy has completely lost my trust. The customer service has been slow, unhelpful, and frankly, dismissive of my concerns. I would advise anyone to think twice before purchasing from this company. At this point, I wouldn't recommend Eufy to anyone – their lack of communication and customer care has completely shattered any confidence I had in them.
