I would recommend the Eufy cameras and doorbell. The app allows me to see all three of my properties.
Refused to process my refund after I returned the purchase at my own expense. Delay delay delay..... finally they processed it. Clearly they wear their customers down until they give up.
Works as advertised, battery life is pretty good I'm a few months in and so far no problems the best part is no subscription I do hiley recommend.
My brother installed a set of Eufy security devises on his home and recommended I review them. Ended up ordering the Base Unit and a Solar powered external camera. My brother gave me a doorbell camera to go with the other items. Easy to install and just as easy to connect the two external devises together. Added a terabit hard drive to the Base Unit. And a USB drive to record events. Importantly, my wife likes to review events and is happy with the Eufy security system. Plan to order at least one more external camera.
New filter on the s11 has a super fine extra layer. Eufy has replaceable parts for everything so you can replace parts that break down (battery... drive...etc).
Like the camera. Only wish I was able to get a text message. It does push notifications but it’s not the same.
cameras work great. order process and one return was a bit cumbersome. Software has a way to identify animals, Eufy needs a way to exclude animals from notifications so our dog does not always set off the notifications non-stop. Software also a bit hard to use.
Great reception and clarity of the videos are good as well!
Teleurstellende ervaring met Eufy Ik heb op 30 november een order geplaatst bij Eufy ter waarde van bijna €1000. Op de website stond duidelijk aangegeven dat de levering tussen de 7 en 14 werkdagen zou plaatsvinden, maar na twee weken had ik nog steeds niets vernomen. Toen ik zelf contact opnam, werd mij beloofd dat de bestelling “zo snel mogelijk” geleverd zou worden. Helaas bleef het bij woorden, want eind december, een maand later, had ik nog steeds niets ontvangen. Na meerdere pogingen tot contact werd mijn frustratie alleen maar groter. Niet alleen was er totaal geen communicatie vanuit hun kant, maar mijn vragen over een specifieke leverdatum werden telkens onbeantwoord gelaten. Uiteindelijk ontving ik na anderhalve maand slechts twee van de drie bestelde producten. Tot mijn verbazing bleek dat het derde product, een camera van honderden euro’s, simpelweg vergeten was te versturen. Door deze vertraging konden we tijdens onze renovatie de elektricien niet inschakelen om alles te installeren, wat ons veel tijd en moeite heeft gekost. Als “compensatie” bood Eufy slechts €30 korting aan op een volgende bestelling, wat ik totaal ongepast vond gezien de situatie. Kortom, mijn ervaring met Eufy was ronduit teleurstellend. De service is zwak, de communicatie chaotisch, en de beloften worden niet nagekomen. Voor een bedrag van bijna €1000 verwacht ik veel meer professionaliteit. Ik raad anderen dan ook aan om voor een betrouwbaar merk te kiezen waar klanttevredenheid wel centraal staat.
Eufy products are great quality at a great price. I have several Eufy products and they are all very user friendly and provide a great security for my home.

These are great cameras, but what makes a great product perfect is the App that is used with the cameras. And this is a great App. The two make a perfect security camera setup. Highly recommended.
Tech support is great
Got a Eufy wireless camera system as part of a Safe Home Alarm system. Wireless doorbell battery failed in about a month; recharged it per instructions and it would never reconnect and work. Finally got an entirely new system and it also failed in a few weeks and could not be restarted. A tech blamed our wifi router! Customer service from Eufy was virtually non-existent. Removed the Eufy equipment and will not be reinstalling. Would NOT recommend Eufy to anyone but my enemies.

Set up and operation of S340 camera and Homebase is easy and well documented. The hardware and software both work well. One unit on front of house, one on back. The range of motion and field of view is outstanding.
Easy to install the people that I talk to actually find the phinfinity. Not via texts are wonderful to deal within the product. Knowledge from your people that answer the phone are outstanding. And you return policy. Is awesome.
