I wrote this review AFTER contacting Eufy support several times about the issues - This product sucks and you didn't back it with money back guarantee. The pump is poorly designed, the case doesn't work right, and the app is super buggy. Waste of money.

I like to buy on sale, but like many sellers, having multiple sales all the time and varying prices leads customers to feel a bit ripped off. Tho perhaps it caused me to buy more than I need and so makes for a good marketing ploy
Not the company's fault, but the USPS shipment took a lot longer than I expected.

Equipment is well built and solid, I know it can take a beating because I dropped one 9' to the concrete while mounting and not a scratch/works fine. Camera image is crystal clear even on the 2K models. Mounting is easy but I bought other (longer) mounting brackets to get more sun exposure on two locations. Lots of control on an excellent, intuitive phone app.
The customer service is very good, however my 11S no longer works because of a $5.00 brush bearing is corroded and no longer spins. Eufy doesn’t provide a replacement bearing so I have to find it elsewhere. So far I’ve had no luck. So good service poor replacement part availability.
I really like your doorbell. Around the holidays you had an excellent price. I like that you don’t have to have a subscription service. The new doorbell has a wired option to replace an existing doorbell. Excellent delivery time. I wish you had a trade in option when I bought mine it was a single camera and an inside chime.

This is the second Eufy I’ve bought. I really like it except that I can’t leave it unattended where I have rugs. It can’t get onto my Persian type rugs. It just sits and spins. Also, on the newest one you put only one side brush instead of 2. And you didn’t include the magnetic stopping strips which are important.
System work wonderfully. Delivers was crazy way off was supposed to get on the 28 of December didn’t get until after the first of the year. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars . Live the cameras . Will be adding to my system later on this year for sure . Will just not trust the delivery date . I highly recommend this product

I ordered the doorbell for my son. I have a doorbell already ,and a couple cameras. The problem is they have been offline for some time now and I can’t get anyone to help me with the problem. Your suggestions and did this help is appreciated but not working.
Have had the new unit for about a month- overall, it does a great job. The only negative is that it’s shorter than my old model and keeps getting stuck under furniture. I’m slowly correcting that problem.
