I was able to get some great deal on camera's. Everything arrived in great condition and met all my expectations.
The camera and base units are superb. The camera quality is excellent in quality and the solar panel keeps the unit working. The base unit is small and is easy to use and setup. Better than my previous system which was noisy and hot. Bought 3 systems already and I'm happy with the results. Will be back for more upgrades.
I have yet to receive my order that I purchased December 2nd, it is now January 14th. No attempt was made by eufy to communicate anything about my order and I’ve tried multiple times to figure out where my order is. It’s either been due to not enough stock and they’ve been waiting for more products, or the most recent response is that my order is sitting at the warehouse. I don’t know where my items are and why it’s taken this long to arrive.
Love my Eufy, Wash's my floors vacuums every room. No problems with it at all.

Cameras were easy to set up and are working great so far. Picture quality is very good.
Corners won't get cleaned properly, mopping is not that great, and when the Vaccume brush is rotating objects are thrown some distance and then it's failing collect debris, also give loud noise while cleaing
I could not be happier with my purchase! It is easy to use, works exceptionally well, and saves me significant time.
Great product and packaging
Great product! Would recommend it to anybody. Ih!very a doorbell and 2 lights with cams. This one is following every move, can't get away from it! Best part, no monthly fee!

The features of the Eufy cameras are great, and the using the Eufy app is pretty good too!.
This is my second eufy product in as many houses. They work well and are easy to install.
The quality of camera’s is good but wow the app is horrendous. Needs tons of improvement. Ring by a long shot when it comes to the app and recordings. Eufy when it comes to video quality. The thing i like is no subscription but i might just chuck it up and head back to ring.

The product is beautiful and was well packed for shipping.
Leaning that product does not charge at ambient temperature below freezing - very disappointing. Charging in sunlight is spotty and inconsistent. Adjusting recording times not user friendly and wonky
Great experience with customer support
I don't think Eufy is as well-made as the Roomba I used to have, but it's serviceable. A little glitchy on docking and charging. Doesn't alarm when it gets stuck under something (at least I've not heard it). Wish it had some kind of handle with which to pick it up. Does a good job of getting up pet hair and dust.
