I am very satisfied with the eufy security set up that I just purchased. It was easy to set up and the installation of the cameras was also relatively simple. They seem to be doing the surveillance that I was needing. It was also on sale which made it affordable for me. I would not have been able to purchase it had that not been the case. after continually email I still have same issues even after I updated the app and deleting and resetting app and cameras .its impossible to silence the alarm no matter what setting you use .all packed up ready to be returned .warning before you part with your money check other cameras and makes 1st

First. Order was delivered 6 days after the delivery was marked delivered by swiship and you. Second. Online tracking show item was delivered when it was not. Process to tell you was opaque and cumbersome. Third (which is why you got 2 stars and not 1 star) the item finally showed up.

I got the video doorbell c31. Worked for about a week. Then very rarely works. Never rings an alert on my phone now and eufy ignore me. Only had it a month. Feel frustrated as was £100 and got for peace of mind.the SD card I got is correct but doesn't record. Did at first. Basically the device is faulty but despite contacting them several times no reply only to say looking into it. Looking into what? I need a replacement or refund. 😡

Everything was pretty easy to set up, but I had one camera out of my four that would not link up or charge a support. Phone number would be helpful.

I ordered replacement parts on January 10th. Today is January 24th and the parts have yet to arrive. You selected the USPS to ship the parts and they are the slowest and most unreliable shipper in the business. You provided the resources to track my shipment and with that tool I found that the parts have been within 30 miles of my house for the last 12 days. Calling the USPS tracking help line gets you an automated system where you can have a real person call to help within 2-3 business days, which is not helpful at all. Next time, please ship your products with any shipper other than the USPS.

I didn’t receive the breast pump in time for the baby shower. As a matter fact, I still haven’t received it!!!

I LOVE these cameras! theyare much more clearer than any other camera I have used (Ring, Arlo) and they don't need a subscription! The customer service is also great, never had an issue. If they disconnect, they reconnect no problem, not like the Ring which sometimes I have to physically reset :( Def worth the purchase

It’s easy to setup.

Easy ordering, website is great and delivery within a few days. Got 2 of the little spinner brushes for $10! Don’t wait, change the brush sooner than you think! Makes a big difference.

I had a question about my replacement Eufy and the customer service representative answered it thoroughly and courteously.

It was easy to get. Shipping was on time. It very easy to set up.

Shipping took quite some time, and for some reason the order said "Canceled" when it wasn't. That being said, the batteries did eventually arrive and they work fine.

The company sells great products. Only criticism is that the communication and differentiation of their product options on the website is poor. Wired, not wired, storage, number of cameras, solar etc annoying to figure out.
