I needed a round deadbolt face plate for the video smart lock. I had to call in to have one shipped. It's been over two weeks and it still hasn't arrived. Eufy's response when it was approaching the two week mark was "Once USPS has it, it's our of our hands." No sense or urgency on their part to get the piece to me or understanding that all the equipment they sent me is basically worthless until I had this little $0.05 part. They should have asked on the website what type of deadbolt I have so that they could include it with the order instead of making me call in and now a month after making this purchase I have a box of shit that I can't use because Eufy didn't even bother to send the face plate regular first class mail. It appears to be have sent as a parcel which is the slowest and cheapest way to do it.
Delivery was too late, Robovac gets slow in identifying things after a few weeks
We wanted our shop in town to be secure. Now we are able to see who attempts to enter the building. Our farms have EUFY security in several locations. There have been unwanted break-ins in the past. Easy installation makes these devices usable.
The mapping has been excellent so far. The response from app control is good. The motor seems a bit sluggish when on our area rugs. Impressed at the amount of debris picked up with each run. I wish your zone set ups in the app could be stored as one has to redefine each zone upon each use.
I have installed EUfy solo cam S340- the camera seems to work fine - however solar charger provided doesn’t work at all. I have tried to call but no one seems to answer -it suggests going to email which I did. I am awaiting for the reply. Just be careful and ensure that you check the solar charger is working properly before you install it.
I have put in a request and received a ticket on the 6th of Jan just asking a question regarding my robovac and why it is not charging. I still have not even had a reply. I really don't understand this.
The sock is already coming apart. Very disappointed in the quality.
Loved my first Eufy! Ordered a second and 2 weeks old it fell down the stairs and quit working. Thought that wasn’t supposed to happen!
My item never came….
The product that I ordered is very user-friendly, I would like to see an upgrade on the viewing software. Where is I can scroll through the cameras without going out of one camera and then going into another.
I normally dont write reviews but felt compelled to write this one. I bought eufy X10 Pro Omni and I am pleased with the performance of this machine. I have 2 cats and it does very good job in picking up cat hair and I love how it does mopping. Different options for mopping and vacuuming. I have been using for 3 months now and I love it.
Great product! The potential of evolving the app updates will make me love the products even more!
So far all products have a great quality to price ratio, and when I needed support it was very responsive to any question I had.
The camera a bought from them doesn't work. They AUTHORIZED a return, but since I was out of town I could send it back on time, they cancelled the return. Now I am stuck with a product doesn't work!
So far the cameras have exceeded my expectations. Setup was fairly easy with only one camera giving me a slight issue. It turned out it was my setup error.The S3 pro are incredible. I have 2 S3 pro's in the back and 2 S340's in the front that perform great as well. I also have an S350 in my garage. Still deciding on the interior cameras.
My doorbell chime just suddenly stopped working. I have tried over 100 times to reconnect it to the WiFi with no success. I then bought a new add on bell chime which turns out to not be able to connect with my door camera. So lots of expensive equipment and none of it works. If you're from Ireland Eufy offer very poor support. Beware before you purchase.
Very happy with this vacuum. We have 2 dogs and a cat and one dog and the cat shed a LOT. This little vacuum does an outstanding job getting fur and gping under furniture and getting edges. We liked it so much we got one for our son too who also has a dog that sheds. We love how it self parks to recharge. A good hint would be to bundle or tie up cords that it might get tangled in.
I received quick responses to the emails I sent them for support, and the second email they sent me helped resolve my issue.
The lights itself are good looking but they do not respond well to the commands and stays on longer than directed on app. I have also checked all my Internet connections and Bluetooth to ensure it’s not my fault. I am going to return this product due to inconvenience of use. When you plug in the light and before putting them up on your designated location it worked well. It was only after hanging them up that it stopped working as they are supposed too. Now I have to find a time to bring them down and return. This are not the best light and need lots of work on the software side. Sometimes even some of the lights go off, they won’t even turn on for some reason. Could be that I received a faulty product.
Pumps are very comfortable and have good suction, I like being able to use the app to be more discreet than other portables. However, the heating element was why I purchased and while it is nice, it doesn't heat the entire flange and has not shown to empty me more than my other pumps. If anything I actually get the least volume with this pump.
