Very bad customer support service. I have robot vacc and still have a warranty, send them all the info and video of the problem (it stop working) . They can’t help me ! Very expensive vacuum if doesn’t even last 1 year! Not recommend at all.

I like your products, however, I buy through the American Airlines shopping portal, They do not award points as advertised, American Airlines claims they cannot validate the purchases I made Direct from your website through their portal. I don’t have this problem with any other purchases. If you can help, please let me know.

Had an issue with our eufy robovac. I called explained the issue and it was taken care of. Very helpful. Within 5 days I received the replacement. Best customer service experience.

First I ordered what was supposed to have been the correct item (dustbin with pre filter included) after discussing my need and informed this is what I need, but when the package arrived the item was broken (dust bin) and the part I looking to replace (pre filter) was not even included in the item. I need the pre filter. Not the bin. But you went ahead and sent another dust bin with no pre filter again without discussing with me the possibility of refunding that dust bin and putting the credit towards the pre filter. Now you have sent me another dust bin which now I have to wait for it to be delivered, refuse the item by going to FedEx office and dropping it off, wait another few days before you can issue a refund. While all you could have looked through the past email which was still in the same thread if email; I expressed I'm only looking for the prefilter. Poor customer care quality and seem to only care for quick fixes and not the right fix for the issue

There isn't customer service at Eufy. I have waited over 2 months for a resolution to a security camera issue and the best Shane could do is send me 2 old style S340 solar panels and 2 cords ,not the newer redesigned S340 solar panels which are larger. Your customer service phone line is virtually nonexistent. After about 20 calls, I could only get through once with little help

Good camera. Using window mount. Mounting stand should be removable. No instructions on how to remove from swivel joint.

You sent me filters that don’t fit in my robo vacuum. Eufy 11S max. In the chat I specified what model I had. You should have told me no other filters were needed.

This battery powered WiFi video doorbell is our second Eufy product, the first being a robot vacuum, and decided on it because we’re very impressed with the quality for the price. Doorbell setup instructions were extremely simple and it works perfectly. Picture quality is super sharp and audio clear. Highly recommended.
