We bought two different models of video lock because we weren't sure which we would want to keep. We were unable to return one of them even though it was unopened. You only have 14 days to return and you have to submit a photo of the product you're trying to return and ask if you're allowed. (And then they say no.)

We have an Eufy doorbell, scale and vacuum robot all which we have never had a problem with. However, we purchased an eufy chime which we were not able to use cause we couldn't get it to work despite following the instructions diligently. We are in the process of returning it and are wondering how to go about receiving a return label.

30 Tage Geld-zurück-Garantie. Leider auf Kosten des Kunden. Einen wirklichen Prozess für Retouren gibt es nicht. Zwei Tickets und 6 Tage später erhält man eine DIN A4 Seite an Anforderungen für die Retoure (Fotos aus allen Winkeln, Versiegelte Ware, Versandbelegt mit Gewichtsangabe, etc...). Zudem muss der Käufer die Versandkosten selber tragen. Sorry. So nicht. Ich hätte lieber über Amazon bestellen sollen.

I've given up trying to get customer support. I have been using a Homehub 2 with 3 camera's attached for some time but when i added a doorbell camera to the system the homehub disconnected and no amount of re-setting and installing from scratch will sort it out. The customer service just sends you around in circles and I simply do not have the time and energy to waste trying to deal with such deplorable support.

I’ve used Eufy for a couple of years now and recently had a problem that I just couldn’t figure out. I contacted the customer support and though a lot of perseverance we resolved the problem. It’s the best service I’ve had for a very long time and one that deserves recognition. Thanks Eufy!

Easy set up on the solar S330. Works as advertised. 30 days after purchase, no regrets. I like the AI feature for the camera to track someone walking onto our property. I would give it a Five start, but I want to get 120 days in to update review.

After I sent emails explaining the issues I’m having with too many error codes about water being insufficient in my Omni X9 Pro, they simply suggested more troubleshooting things that I could try. After following everything and trying several troubleshooting attempts, they quickly concluded that I would need a replacement under warranty. The first image is gonna upgrade the body of my unit, however, I him that I would like a full replacement due to the fact it was a total package, I purchased. They quickly replied,&had no problems replacing the entire unit. In fact, they upgraded me to the Omni X 10 pro because They no longer make the robots for the X9 unit. Luckily, I saved the original boxes and quickly followed their directions, using the shipping label they sent me. It was fully paid for the return. I was really impressed that the new unit came within about 3 to 4 days for the day, I shipped it, and is working fantastic. I’m impressed with the AI & Andy upgrades along with the menu having more options on the App. Thanks so much Anker/Eufy appliance

Purchased this after looking at other brands, and than after discussing with my son, went this route. He changed all of his system cameras to Eufy and is totally happy, so.... We also have the Eufy robotic vac, and are very happy with the brand so far. Are going to be upgrading home security system and will be using Eufy.

Fijne App, goede camera's MAAR het belangrijkste bij zo'n systeem is betrouwbaarheid. Geofencing werkte dan niet, dan wel. Laatste tijd helemaal niet meer. Ik wil gewoon dat als ik mijn thuiszone verlaat het alarm op scherp gaat en uit gaat als ik weer thuis kom. Na onderzoek blijkt Geofencing NOOIT goed gewerkt heeft. Op de Chineze manier wordt je aan het lijntje gehouden. Maar heel triest als je alleen kunt verkopen en verder geen ondersteuning kan bieden en zoiets eenvoudigs als Geofencing werkend te krijgen. Iedere keer nu handmatig alarm uit en aanzetten. Stenen tijdperk. Bah.

Na 2 jaar laadt de batterij slecht op en blijft op 4% staan. Online contact gehad en zonder probleem een nieuwe deurbel-set gekregen. Goede service!
