After researching different systems and manufacturers, I chose this Eufy system. Installation was easy, and system performs as advertised. One complaint I have is the printed matter should be in a bit larger type size.
Really love these pumps! They get the most expression out of me. The only issue is the flanges are small and make my nipples sore.
The 2 front brushes are to long. They get caught under the drive wheels, which get pulled out of the holder. I trimmed them back to the front of the wheels and seem to doing ok now.
Order a new battery for my vacuum and it was sent to my old address! I reached out immediately after I ordered to switch to my new address and no one could help me
Never got my floor cleaning fluid , got the dust bags but no wood cleaner
I just love this thing only thing I would change is to be able to remap a room
Customer service aided in trouble shooting. Battery replacement needed. Fair price, quick shipping, installation instruction emails and follow up. Very pleased and it worked!
The product is well designed and very easy to use. It allows for vacuuming and mopping simultaneously. It auto empties the dust and dirty water into the docking station main compartments. The accompanying app is also easy to use and intuitive.
Arrived in a timely manner and is working just fine.
The product is amazing. I'm a product manager so I notice product attributes, etc and I love this product, the packaging, what's included in the purchase, etc. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the shipping was delayed for about 3 business days, mid-transit.
Camera products lags big time. Can not access the recordings remotely even with home base purchased. I would not recommend

One of the best tools at home
I dislike that i cannot order more than one item at a time. I understand subscriptions but I don't like them. I ordered a replacement part and the screw broke on the third use. Very disappointed.
I'm leaving 3 stars as the camera was as described. However, the delivery was terrible, when ordered it states 3 to 10 working days, after over 2 weeks I decided to email to cancel order and ask for refund. The reply was it had been shipped. Then the following day I had an email to say it was about to be shipped. Then had to wait again for delivery. Honesty is best policy. Don't say its shipped when it isn't. If you are going to purchase be prepared to be forgotten about.
Eufy as come along way. I was a Ring user. I did not like you feel at the time also there was so much going on with Eufy in their security breach. But things I has gotten a lot better so have their cameras. I love the design the integrated features I just wish you guys make alert feedback a lot faster for wireless cameras also I have a big house and I wish we can pair too chime at the same time for wireless also. I know you can do it but only for hard wire I was told.

Hello, I My name is Naeem, and I recently purchased a doorbell, security camera, and Homebase device from Eufy on December 22nd. Despite reaching out to their customer service team via email on ten separate occasions, I have yet to receive a resolution to my issues. I must express my utmost dissatisfaction with the service provided by Eufy. My experience has been profoundly negative, and I strongly advise against purchasing any products from their company. Furthermore, I am still awaiting a refund for the items I purchased. Unfortunately, their phone line is inoperable, and the only means of communication available is email.
Package arrived on schedule. Added new cameras to existing group of cameras. Had trouble adding new camera to Homebase3.
