Not user friendly at all to sync my smart phone and the two S-340 cameras I bought. Also, the small pamphlet that comes with the cameras was poorly designed, poorly made, poorly phrased and helpful...probably all to save the manufacturer some bucks. Had to go to my Apple store twice to get things right...and I'm not a tech failure as a rule!

After setting up the Home Base 3 using instructions, it fails to connect to the only compatible device I have which was a doorbell. In fact it disabled my chime which now does nothing but continually dings. Very frustrating. Totally useless at this point.

The worst customer support I’ve experienced in a long time. While most companies have progressed into new and innovative ways of dealing with returns. Eufy is antiquated and seems to be going backwards. I will not purchase directly from you again and if (BIG IF) I ever purchase any of your products I will order from another retailer that actually understands the customer in todays market.

I've been using Eufy for about a month. Like: it does what it is supposed to do. Does a light cleaning of the floors and carpet. I boosted the suction to max, so it gets more of the cat hair. I take up everything (cords, rugs small tables even). It can work around the small furniture, but I prefer it to have a clear path. We have hard wood floors and they look great afterward. Don't like: the vacuum extraction into the bag (when the robot is in the port) doesn't work very well for cat hair. The vac then stays full and there is nowhere for dirt to go so it drags around a dirt trail. I frequently have to stop and manually unplug it. It also gets caught on the carpet edges, so I pretty much have to babysit it and can't schedule it to run unless I am home watching it. I've learned to take up the smaller area rugs, but the large area rug is still a problem. I wish the charge would hold just a little longer so it could finish in one charge - it takes so long to recharge. Overall: Even with the cons I listed, I think it is a useful product for light cleaning. Because of all the prep work, I only run it once a week.

Very User Friendly! Even a dummy like me was able to install with great instructions from the Eufy app. Highly recommended!
