Efficient and helpul
It was simple and fast to have all my questions clarified and set up our business account with Lia (at Customer Services). I was considering evaluating other providers but after such great customer service and easy to deal with I decided to stay with them. Thank you Lia!
SCAM, they take my bank number and close account. When try connect: Account not existing... Try change password, check email all is good but can't connect anymore. They still debit my bank account from amount every month, need to be blocked by bank directly... If you want advise: DON'T TRUST THIS WEBSITE

Avoid at all costs! Can't cancel, and will continue to take payment on a cancelled credit card! I cancelled my account after the "free" trial, but they have continued to take money from my account, in spite of sending repeated requests for cancellation. I have also started receiving angry emails claiming the card details they have for me have expired, yet they are still taking payment.

Have been with them for some years now and as with all technology there has been the odd issue now and again. That being said, as soon as it is highlighted it’s fixed usually with 2 or three minutes.
