The eReceptionist system is very complete and have several professional features appropriate for a small, medium and big companies. There are so many options to configure that at first sight it may be overwhelming, but with touching just a couple of them the system can be configured properly. I would create a more intuitive system to configure basic options and a complete view for advanced configurations. This would make things easier for small companies.
Very disappointed. I wanted to set up a e-receptionist number in Germany but even a national number requires proof of residence which I cannot provide. It should be said right from the beginning so I couldn't waste my time

I am a new business owner and found the sales rep from eReception exceptionally helpful today. Jaz patiently explained how the whole system works and answered all my questions with great clarity. She even undated me on how faxing works these days. Within minutes my London number was active and I was very excited to receive my first official business call on my mobile.
Not that great. Wouldn't really recommend, it gets the job done but is extremely buggy, hard to use and the customer service is horrendous. It's about the only cheap site out there for an automated phone system but I wouldn't recommend it, maybe if they fix their bugs and their site, I might give them a better review.
