When I asked a question that Marijana wasn't quite sure of the answer to she didn't just fob me off but took the time to find out the answer and came straight back to me with the info I needed, and even asked if there was anything else she could help with bearing in mind she is not even my account manager (who was unavailable) I believe she went above and beyond THANK YOU
