I was referred to the site by someone who bought from you. I found the site very informative and intuitive. I'm working on a firmware update and having a little trouble but the online live help is very good and quick. Happy I bought here where the ongoing parts and help are easy.

Drone arrived on time. Had an unexpected set of spare props. My first drone. Coupled it with a Samsung 7 inch tablet. Had to trim a little of the rubber on the display clip to get it to fit. It is a great dispay but I needed to get to the shade to see it. My 77 year old eyes could not see it in bright sun. Overall quite happy with it.

Upon receiving my Pro Package from Drone World I was immediately let down. I would have thought it would have come in the original unopened packaging with the Nanuck case separate. The drone had dust and appeared to have been "sitting around" or possibly even flown, far from what I'd expect after spending $2200.00. The gimble lock was unfastened resting below the camera which may or may not have led to gyroscope malfunction after around 12 flights. The package I received came with 3 batteries total, 2 of which immediately came up as "battery error". I called customer support and they seemed non surprised and seemed to know 1/3 would be good (guessing because one is original with drone). I was instructed to ship back on my dime, once receiving them back at their shop they would then mail out 2 new ones. I took a week vacation to have time proper time to learn all functions, with one battery that's a lot of down time. After some time on the phone they agreed to mail out immediately when I gave them my tracking number. The batteries appeared to be DJI original but not being in original packaging (in Nanuck case) it leaves doubt whether they were knock-offs. Also, if they knew there was a problem w batteries they should be testing before shipping out. New ones arrived that WERE in original packaging with no issues which adds to my suspicions of the 2 on sent back as being "counterfeit". I had events planned for my drone so I bought another elsewhere and have had many great flights with no issues. The product itself is amazing, however the customer service is lacking big-time! Any issues or repairs the customer is stuck with shipping costs and at least 4-6 weeks of down-time which is not what I'd expect from an otherwise great product. Pilots beware, with critical low battery it will "go home" automatically unless disabled. I was flying under canopy purposely draining down battery and it shot up full throttle into trees and crashed so either disable or keep an eye on pop up warnings which I neglected to do. Luckily I was "practice" flying the original drone which gimble was inoperative due to gyroscope malfunction. Still flies great after flying into trees and coming down about 10 feet!

I had some issues, but Drone World resolved it in a timely and polite manner. The foam molding inside the Nanuk case for my new Phantom 3P was overloaded with glue in the seams. I returned the case and they shipped me another one within a week. They paid for the return shipping as well.

I still don't have my filters. Everything else was great.

In purchasing the phantom 3 it was made very easy through the entire process There was a glitch with the delivery and they bent over backwards to make sure I received my order Would highly recommend and have to my friends. Keep up the great work.

I ordered one Drone World's bundles (Phantom 3 Professional). A few items were back ordered but they shipped the following week when they were in stock. They were very fast to reply to my emails also. I'll definitely purchase from them again.

I bought a set of the composite props for my DJI Phantom 3 professional. I was worried that these props wouldn't work after seeing a lot of negative reviews online from different websites about prop balance and vibration. They worked great. The phantoms performance was awesome. Steady flight all the way. Drone world got the props to me quickly.

I called because i couldn't get the firmware updated, but the help from their tech team, i was up and flying shortly!!
