Thanks for the delivery. Now I've my own drone!!!

Very poor delivery process. There is rarely someone at my home to sign for packages. The delivery had to be held at UPS center 45 minutes away and I will need to pick it up. It took multiple calls to UPS and Droneworld to finally get to this poor outcome. I tried to customize delivery through UPS but Droneworld places onerous restrictions on UPS leading to few options and very inconvenient delivery. I will not order from Droneworld again.

This is the Second Mavic Pro that I have purchased from Drone World. Just had to have another one. I feel they are the very Best Value for the money. Very trouble free and far exceeds expectations. Drone World has been super for support. I couldn't ask for any better. When it's time to buy a drone this is the place.....

Trackimo unit will not power up and I cannot get anyone to email or call me back. I have contacted them 4 times now......no response.

Have been told dealing with drone world after the purchase is nothing but a headache. I Foutdoor quite the opposite. Dealing with Mike Costa and his help has been nothing but a great experience. Mike has been very helpful and timely. Can't say enough good about all the help he has given me. Thank You, Leonard Watson.

Drone World has out done themselves on this kit. Customer Service is OUTSTANDING! Order was short a few items and they IMMEDIATELY had replacements out to me. They have a first class Customer service team, who do what it takes to make it right. I would recommend them to all and WILL be doing more business with them in the future.
