Flew my friends Mavic Pro last week, my first time with a drone and I was hooked I research EVERYTHING I get into, I have to know the products quality, pros, cons, is it upgradable or going to be outdated in a week I'm very picky, I only do business with companies that stand behind their products, they don't mind my questions and I listen very carefully to the extent of their knowledge I did research online on all Drone manufacturers finding DJI at the top of the list yet there were certain things I read online that made me skeptical of DJI so I wanted a professional opinion from a professional technician not a salesman I spoke with Matt at Drone-World, asked so many questions about everything imaginable and he never once sounded like I was holding him up nor did he pause when asked technical questions he was solid in knowledge and honesty I was so impressed with Matt I purchased the DJI Phantom 4 Pro Falcon today and I will NOT do business with anyone other than Matt and Drone-World I will update this as this venture continues, so far very happy with Drone-World and Matt Thank you guys Chris

My brother told me about this place. I already ordered the Mavic Pro from the DJI store so I could get my Embry Riddle discount. I bought the Max Mod kit from them. I gotta say everything came out great! I initially had a few items missing from the kit but I called them and they got it taken care of right away without any issues! Thanks guys!

After dealing with the original manufacturer for nearly two months, I went to the place who actually sold me the product· Drone World. It's obvious the people who work there know what REAL customer service is a II about. No hoops to jump through, just real, honest concern about a customer's satisfaction. I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with their customer service. They listened ... they responded ... and they acted' My hats off to Brennan and his personal commitment to making things right!

Purchased a device package on Amazon from (what I thought was) Drone World. Once received, I realized an accessory was missing. When I went to research how to reconcile the issue, it turned out the purchase was NOT through Drone World, but directly from Amazon. In spite of that, Drone World shipped me the missing part - no charge. Granted, it was not an expensive part - I was prepared to buy it in the end, but the rep from DW preemptively offered. Wow. Best customer experience I've ever had, and technically, I'm not even a customer!! Will definitely be my source going forward.

DRONEWORLD Such terrible service, they don't accommodate for someone that would like to pay on site in full in JHB... they slow on stock when they advertise on the website that they selling mavic pro then I phoned asking if I can come and buy it they said i would have to wait a week which makes no sense. Please don't advertise if you do not have them in stock...

I received my DJI Phantom 4 Pro Falcon Edition today and love it! I paid by credit card and had my drone kit in 4 days. They have answered all my newbie emails quickly and I have access to the technical guys on demand. Top notch guys in my opinion.
