DHL skötte sig utmärkt. Tyvärr klantade klåparna vid uthämtningsplatsen till det. DHL levererade på fredagen, lördag em gjordes första försöket till uthämtning utan lycka. Först efter samtal med DHL på måndagen (fantastiska kundtjänst) och deras samtal till Godis365 fick vi ut bröllopsgåvan som ska med utomlands senare idag mån.

Four Times DHL Was at My Apartment Block, Apparently (Reason for Not Delivering the Package: "Consigne Not Met") Each of these four times, I was at home, and no one rang the doorbell or knocked. After the first "Consigne Not Met," I called DHL's customer service and arranged for the courier to call me next time (the customer service representative assured me this would be no problem). The next day, no one called, and the status on the website was again "Consigne Not Met." I called customer service again and asked if, since they can't call me, they could leave the package at a nearby store (there are several stores near my apartment that serve as package pickup points). Customer service said this was not possible because someone must sign for the delivery, so I made sure to confirm that the courier would be instructed to call me. The next day, once again no one called and there was no package. From customer service, I received the number for the warehouse and was told to contact them directly. I asked again if they could call me (the person on the phone said she put a "Important" note on her monitor and would call the courier personally) or if they could leave the package at the nearby store (refusal, they cannot leave packages at a store). On the final day, of course, no one called, and the status on the website was again "Consigne Not Met." I called the warehouse again, and after a short conversation, the lady told me they could give the package to the store next door but only after the weekend (I got a bit frustrated because I was told twice before that this was not possible). In the end, I wasted 4 hours (2 hours each way) to personally pick up the package from the warehouse on the same day. I don't know how this company is still in business. I should also mention that my apartment is in the suburbs and is very accessible, so transportation is not an issue.

Levererar till fel ombud. Avsändaren har försökt få det till rätt ställe sen i onsdags. Än har det inte lyckats.

Väntade på parkett som skulle komma mellan 17-22. Vi var 5st som satt i 5 timmar! Och ingen kom, inte ens ett sms från chauförren. Så jäkla dåligt, då försökte jag få nån form av svar om lev kmr sent eller tidigt. Tänkter att man borde veta det vid 15:30.. Nej inget vet någonting verkar det som. Tack för det DHL

Mycket besviken då DHL levererade mitt paket till ett ombud som ligger drygt 4:a mil från min adress som jag uppgav. Det blir mer än 8 mil för att hämta paketet. Hade varit bättre att hämta det hos DHL i Nyköping som ligger 2,5 mil bort. Hälsningar Ewa Jegréus Swärd

Fick paketet till närmaste ombud före lunch dagen efter paketet lämnats till dem.

Snabb leverans till rätt utlämningsställe.

DHL är den dyraste leverantörer som skaffar alltid problem me leveransen

Mitt paket ska levereras till Vaxholm, INTE Solna. Jag kan inte åka till Solna för att hämta detta, förmodligen ganska stora paket, när jag inte har bil.

Allting fungerade perfekt inga problem.

Expressleverans 1-3 dagar säger dom. Har nu gått 3 dagar, mitt paket är stoppat i terminalen och ligger kvar där än. Betalade 200 kr extra för SNABB leverans, hade lika gärna kunna välja Postnord. För Postnord kan slarva bort det OCH hitta det igen snabbare än vad DHL bara tar för o leverera

Till fel ombud,,,igen. Bara 4 mil fram och tillbaka!

DHL levererade inte till min leveransadress utan till DHL:s utlämningsställe. Otroligt besviken eftersom jag fick sitta hemma och vänta. När jag kunde ha varit på arbetet istället

Två(2) gånger nu från amazon.se som DHL säger dom varit här, men inte lämnat det och sen slutfört ordern på amazon med "ready to pick up" men ingen lapp i lådan eller koden att hämta ut... Meddelat amazon att plocka bort DHL, sparka ut dom eftersom dom svartar ner amazon

Jag bor i Djursholm och fick åka ända till Täby Hägernäs för att hämta mitt paket

Det var redan så låga betyg och det mesta är redan skrivet Vi förkortar vår text till DHL är bedrövliga och har drabbats av den kollektiva narcissismen Alltid någon annan fel,,,,
