My husband surprised me by taking me into the Jewellery Quarter for a Christmas gift. We went into the Design Centre and were greeted by Tina. I knew I wanted some drop earrings but was unsure what to go for. Tina was really helpful with her suggestions and did not rush us at all in making a decision. We found a beautiful matching earrings and necklace set and I came away a very happy Customer. We would definitely use the shop again.
Visited the Design Centre as looking to purchase an eternity ring which was a birthday present from my partner. Beautiful selection of rings and jewellery, really well presented. Tina was so friendly and helpful, we didn’t feel rushed at all and I’m thrilled with my new ring!
Really positive experience - no faults. The staff were lovely, in particular Tina was very patient, friendly and helpful! The necklace my Auntie bought is also beautiful and so unique, didn’t see anything similar in any of the other shops in the area. Will definitely be returning.
Highly recommend visiting this place, the staff were really friendly and helpful but not pushy! We were looking for wedding rings but weren't 100% sure of what we wanted, Ella was so friendly and helpful, my partner didn't buy a ring but had a much better idea of what he did want and I managed to find a ring I loved! Ella spent a lot of time with us and showed me lots of different options (in and around my budget) so I could be sure of what I wanted, I'm so glad she did, I came home with something I didn't initially think I wanted but I love it!
Great experience in the Design Centre - no sales pressure just really helpful and friendly staff. Tina was really attentive and felt like nothing was too much trouble as we tried on so many rings. Highly recommend a visit if you’re looking for some jewellery.

We recently visited the design centre and purchased a bracelet. The quality of the jewellery was excellent and the designs interesting. We were served by Tina who was very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend a visit.
Visited the design centre just over a week ago to purchase a wedding ring, staff were very welcoming, browsed the collection and tried different ones on, we were served by ella who was very patient and helpful, and took her time in assisting us. Chose a ring, and would definetely not hesitate to return there for any future purchases.
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the treatment my wife and I received at Design Centre today. I felt like royalty as soon as we entered the shop, the assistant Tina served us as my wife chose a diamond bracelet. Tina was so helpful to my wife (who can be somewhat “picky” when choosing jewellery), she even served us tea as we browsed the available bracelets. The atmosphere was really friendly and having had This experience we can certainly recommend shopping there. Tina also managed to get a discount for us. Thank you Tina.

We were wandering through the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham and went in to the Design Centre as my husband needed a new watch. We were greeted at once and both Angela and Dave were so patient, allowing him to try on numerous watches from various brands, giving good explanations when asked and then sizing the bracelet for him. And we got a discount. They were both very knowledgeable and very patient. Thank you. That's his Christmas present sorted. MK
Visited on the weekend to get the mother in law a watch for her birthday. Shop assistance (Angela) where very informative with no pressure sales. Mother in law got the watch she wanted.

Walked into the shop to look for a engagement ring and was totally overwhelmed until Dave , Tina and all the staff went through the history and educational side in the art of diamonds. Told them what I think my partner would like and and they picked out the perfect ring. What I appreciated from them was they could tell it was a big deal for me and told me to go away and sleep on it before I make any decisions which showed me that they wasn’t after a quick / pushy sell. Dave also reassured me that if the ring is to big or to small they will be able to help resize it for us. I will hopefully be returning to purchase our wedding bands ( if she says yes ) one day due to amazing professional staff , great prices and brilliant experience Thanks Guys ! Sam the Sparky
Impeccable customer service! My fiancé and I visited the design centre in July. We had already been to quite a few shops so had an idea what to expect. The design centre team were completely different (in the best way possible). They listened to what we wanted, advised us and found the best possible quality and price. They never rushed us or pressured us to make a decision. They were all so friendly and guided us when needed. We initially got both my engagement ring and wedding band and then returned to buy my fiancés wedding band as no other shop could live up to the high standard set by the Design Centre. Both my engagement ring and my fiancés wedding band were customised. The rings came within the estimated time period and to the exact spec specified. The Design Centre are a little family, they not only genuinely care for their customers and want them to have the best experience but they are very kind people. Tina, Bina and Daksha made our experience stress free and memorable. Thank you so much!
