Went there Saturday 12 feb what lovely staff no pressure so helpful ella was amazing lady got so much time for you showing us different bracelets and chains to make sure i got the one i really wanted then i also looked at watches tryed different ones brought one of those to dave was lovely to he took links out made sure all fitted well will definitely be back there for more what a lovely shop

Went to the Jewelllery Quarter in Birmingham yesterday to buy a special gift for my wife's special birthday. Traipsed around a lot of the Jewellery stores & was about to give up when we found Design Centre, what a truly lovely bunch of people, extremely helpful, not pushy at all & a very reasonable price of jewellery. Thanks to Tina for making spending a chunk of money a pleasurable experience.
Great customer service. Tina was friendly and knowledgeable whilst we looked for our wedding rings. There was a great variety of products with no pressure or hard sell to buy. Very reasonably priced. Will be visiting again for sure.

Friendly, knowledgeable, excellent service from Tina and Dave when we visited today. My husband bought a lovely watch at a good price and Dave altered the strap while we waited. Would highly recommend this jewellery shop.
We went in one Saturday afternoon in January looking for our wedding rings. When we went in we were the only people in the shop. We had an idea of what rings we wanted, but Tina still took the time the go through the options, ring sizes. My partner wasn't sure on his ring size so she even called a gentleman over for a second option. The room was getting very busy around us but she still didn't rush us and continued to take as much time to talk through our options as we needed. We picked out the rings we wanted and then they did a very good deal on them for us. 5 star service.
I've had my current engagement ring for 7 years now and unfortunately its looking pretty damaged and exhausted so my partner suggested we go and get a new one. After going into a few shops on the jewelry quarter I found the Design Centre quiet and welcoming. I was promptly greeted by a lady called Tina who helped us find a beautiful ring within our price range. Was very happy overall. Thanks all
Ella was attentive and very hepful without being too pushy. She gave me the opportunity to try a wide range of possible rings and those I was interested in were placed in a rack for me to keep going back to. I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted so it was really useful to try out so many different rings. When I tried on the three diamond ring I instantly knew that was the one and my smile said it all. A lovely experience.
We've used the Design Centre before for my wife's engagement ring and as then, great service so headed straight there. I really wanted a gold necklace so Tina assisted me, she was very helpful, not pushy in the slightest and helped me try on a few different styles and sizes, found the one I loved and she got me a great discount too so very pleased. Highly recommend.
Me and my wife purchased wedding rings and watches from here a few years ago. Following the great service from Ella and Bina at the time, I recently returned to buy a necklace and was not disappointed. Tina was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Design Centre.
I have been going to this shop for years. Whenever I go to the Jewellery Quarter I start here and never need to look at any other shops. Most recent visit was yesterday and I was looked after by Tina. Excellent service as usual and ended up with some gorgeous earrings for my mother's birthday...oh, and a little pressie for myself too. Highly recommend the Design Centre and it will continue to be my first choice for jewellery

I'm not much of a 'shopper' but I kind of get it a bit more now thanks to Angela. Probably going a bit far to call it an epiphany, but from the moment I walked in to the shop and was greeted with a purposeful welcome from Angela, to the moment she wrenched my payment card off me, this was a most pleasurable experience. I explained what I was looking for(very badly)and with great empathy and intuitive interpretation of my 'budget', behold, my gift anxiety evaporated, and I floated out of the shop, whistling Christmas tunes with my Wifes present 'done' Well done Design Centre and very well done Angela
Back to my ‘happy place’ today. As always received superb service from John and Angela and received a great deal on a beautiful dress ring 💍 See you again in the spring for our wedding rings.
We visited Design Centre Jewellery shop on 15th December to purchase earrings for a Christmas present, I was spoiled for choice and the quality & price were excellent. We were served by a lovely lady named Tina who straight away offered a 30% discount We were really pleased how polite and how we were treated, she even put them in a beautiful Christmas bag my husband was happy he didn't have to take them home and wrap them up.
Visited design centre in the jewellery quarter Birmingham to find a specific type of earring. As soon as we walked in and looked in one of the show cabinets we saw what we wanted. Angela came to see if we needed any help and straight away we felt we were in safe hands. She was extremely attentive and made sure we’d got what we wanted before we purchased them. She was polite and gave us wonderful help and advice. The earrings were perfect and we found out where they’d come from. At no time were we rushed or made to feel unimportant. We will certainly be going there for any further purchases. Thank you so much my earrings make me feel amazing when I wear them.
