Sam is the Best instructor ever
My experience with CRES was phenomenal, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to receive my education from. Danette Foster is beyond the best, she goes above and beyond to make sure you understand and master the material, she also very knowledgeable with a warm heart, truly an amazing woman. I highly recommended CRES to anyone that is considering a career in real estate, I guarantee you will not be disappointed, in just five weeks I feel like I am ready for the state exam, all thanks to such a wonderful school with great instructors, thankyou CRES & Ms. Foster, couldn’t have done it without you!
The instructors that I have had, McNeal and Zakarian are very knowledgeable. They help you understand the material in the simplest form, and they use real world examples to make it more understandable. I recommend them specifically, and CRES overall.
Sam is a great instructor, he went through all of the material. Sam gave example and took time to work of the mathematics section of the test which can be very challenging for many of us. Really enjoyed the time in the classroom and feel ready to move forward with the test!

Sam was wonderful! I recommend the class for everyone who doesn’t feel ready to take the State exam yet. It’s helpful to review all 16 Chapters in one day otherwise it’s very easy to forget what you’ve leaned in Chapter 1 by the time you get to the end of the workbook.
Sam was very thorough and gave great examples to help me understand and remember for taking the test. I couldn’t have asked for anything more, he truly is a great instructor!

Best review course ever, my only complaint is that I was told the course is 9am - 5pm but it ended at 5:45pm. Not a huge deal, except I had child care arranged only until 5pm. Thanks for hosting such a comprehensive and entertaining session! Sam is THE BEST EVER!
Clear concise and understandable. Gives a great overview that will make studying and filling in the rest of the materials much easier. I am much less anxious about passing the exam after this experience!
