Excellent I don't have any complaint above how he teach....I my opinion he knows everything that we need to know about the test...he do the best..now is time to do our part.
Danette was awesome!!! Very clear and easy to understand.
Class is very long couldn’t complete all chapters need to narrow it down base what is important on test. A must is a math review and state portion...not done.
Ms. Danette is a Prima- Donna!!.. The Best!! Thank you CRES for making this class so much easy and fun!! Who would've thought??.. ~Amazingly entertaining with real life experiences to enlighten the teachings in the book.. Best decision!!
This may be a bit premature but I got a lot from Danette IN JUST ONE CLASS! I think anyone could coach a class through the RE overview and guide them with the resources I've seen so far, but Danette's experience and worldview is exactly what I need to understand the reality of Real Estate. I'd have given 5 stars if there had been ANY accessible parking in Bridgeport.
The whole experience was smooth and well worth it. The school was accommodating to our needs and Danette was excellent not only covering the book material, but also providing us with invaluable life experiences. Overall very pleased.

I’ve taken the exam twice and have not passed yet- so I paid more money for another class with hopes of direct information to pass exam. One of the main chapters which is chapter 16 was not covered in class. Class room size also was to small and tight
The class is very straightforward, Sam was an amazing instructor that made me feel a tad bit at ease to take the test.

Sam did an AMAZING job. Very detailed he really helped me understand the definitions and gave me more confidence that i can pass the state exam. I would rate him 10 stars if it was available.
Being a late evening class, I was worried that it would be hard to stay awake and focused, but Vic did a great job of keeping us entertained while covering the material. His stories helped understand many of the concepts and terms. I would recommend him as an instructor, especially if you are looking for a relaxed classroom environment where you're encouraged to ask questions and work with your peers.
Despite the fact that my teacher was rude in how he answered questions, by completely ignoring and disregarding them as if they weren't asked out loud, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Chicago Real Estate School. I honestly loved the whole experience, it's probably coupled with the fact that I recently found a passion for real estate as a whole, so I might be giving a bias review, but everything from Scott on the website being super helpful, the teacher in the chapter review video (I forgot his name), to the test and how there was a lengthier quiz then usual that actually explained answers. I'm not sure how it would be if you looked at it as a burden or job to do, because despite the passion I had, it still demanded work, focus, time, and consistent attention. I'm grateful to have came to CRES and would definitely recommend anybody else to come here. I passed the exam off the Platinum package, no use of Exam Smart or anything extra, I wanted to fully utilize what CRES had to give me to see if that could carry me through the state exam, and it did.

Michelle Sledge was an absolutely fantastic teacher! Truthfully, I was expecting a real estate test prep class to be dry and dull, but Michelle made it so I didn't want to miss a minute of class. I highly recommend CRES and Michelle in particular!
