Frank was GREAT!! Extremely knowledgable and knows an example for every situation, which makes it easier to remember topics. He has been in the industry for yearssss and is able to point out which questions will be on the test vs which aren't as important. He is personable, sweet, and funny. I was up and alert for every class and he made it so intersting that I did not get bored at all. I really enjoyed taking his class and I feel I am very prepared to take the state exam.

Excellent instructor

It was a decent course but you have to make sure you read the material before class and bring your questions/challenges with you. In class you’re basically skimming through the book. You may get one or two life experiences from the instructor. You will not pass the State Exam with the class alone.

Excellent Course! Professor Frank was great, extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. All materials and resources were beyond helpful in order to study more efficiently for the Exam, especially learning videos and practice quizzes. Would recommend the school 100%.

I use to be a Realtor over 10 years ago & decided to go back to it. The class was great & really covered all the main points. Dannette was great & always willing to answer any questions that pertain to the test & becoming a Broker. Dannette hope to see you in the field soon.
