Danette Foster was very professional and shared a lot of her real life real estate experience with her class. She was always on time and ready to start her class teaching her students.

I didn't like how the videos are long due to constant telling a back story or side tracking on the task on hand, personally i felt like it should of been to the point instead of background information, short to the point.

Derek McNeal is an excellent teacher. The content didn't teach how to calculate the math questions. Site was noisy. Keeping material in sequence will help to retain information better, regarding quizzes. Thank you.

I really enjoyed the live examples that were used in the class. Real examples helped us apply what we were learning.

My teacher was great, kept students engaged during class and did a wonderful job of describing the material being taught.

My instructor did not do a great job. The classes are only 3.5 hours long, but we had at least 3 breaks lasting around 20-25 minutes each, with the instructor leaving the classroom for the duration of the breaks. We did not get through all the chapters before the class ended. The math is extremely complicated and we didn’t even go over Chapter 17. I had to make up two classes and they were with Vic Valenti and he was Awesome, I wish he was my instructor. I got through this class looking at the prerecorded video with Sam who did an Awesome job also. If it wasn’t for Vic and Sam, I would have given it one star.

Mr. McNeal was a great teacher. Very straight forward and to the point. The class itself can be hard but everyone works together to understand the content

I loved this school. The quality of teaching was outstanding. Class analogies balanced theoretical concepts with real-world experiences that are invaluable in practice. The curriculum was focused on teaching what was required to pass the exams and become a confident, professional broker. The virtual resources available to help students with self-learning are next to none. My favorite was the crossword puzzle game feature on the website that offered immense learning value in my idle time. Sam Zakarian is a great tutor. His 5-star rating isn't a fluke by any means. In all, I will recommend CRE 10 times out of 10.

Mr. Sam is an absolutely phenomenal instructor! You can tell after just 5 minutes of being in his presence that he has been doing this a very long time and genuinely cares about his students! He is very knowledgeable and has almost the entire book memorized word for word, he is a legend! If anyone is planning on taking the brokers course through C.R.E.S. I highly recommend taking it with Sam, he is absolutely worth waiting for if his next class isn't for a few months! There's never a dull moment in his class as he interacts with everyone and does his best to make sure everyones involved and paying attention. Genuine guy, hardworking, entertaining. His class is a blast and time will fly by! SAM IS THE MAN! If you ever see a bad review about him I wouldn't trust it; whoever wrote the bad review is probably in a bad place in life and unhappy with themselves! Or overall just a miserable person!! I can't think of a single bad thing to say about Sam!!! Thanks for everything boss
