Ms. Foster was a wonderful teacher and very detailed. The stories she told to relate to the book or teams were very helpful. She answered any question we had no matter if we needed to wait til the end of class to ask or not. The school stayed in touch with you in regards to class and your dashboard. I never felt like it was anything difficult that I dealt with in regards to class and Chicago a real Estate School. ID RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY I was very satisfied with the teacher and how well we went through the course materials though it was a fast course.

The course was intensive but manageable. I was able to obtain my license within two weeks of completing the course. You get back what you put into studying takes self discipline.

Had a really positive experience and enjoyed learning at CRES. My teacher Sam Zakarian was amazing. I would definitely recommend this school to everyone.

My instructor is a typical example of a skilled teacher, motivator and practical to the core. Made the class very interesting and subject easy to understand. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks to Sam and all the other wonderful people at Chicago Real Estate School.

He is a character, he is a no BS type of person. I love that, he get down to business and make sure you understand. If you are easily intimidated, Mr. Sam is not for you. I learn a lot through is lecture more than I learn through the online by myself. Thank you Mr. Sam for being who you are, a well deserved human being.

Vic is a great guy. It felt like he enjoyed being in the Real Estate Business. He answered all of my questions during the sessions. Any question I wanted to review he did. Everyone in the class was treated fairly. Hope to take more continued education classes maybe with him if available.

Vic provided clear insights to the course material and readily provided real world examples to help ground the subject matter. His instruction style allows students to drill down on topics they have questions on and he continually engages class members for input to maximize participation. The online interactive portion of the class added value to the overall experience and helped clarify how to finalize preparation for the licensing exam. The teacher was amazing , patient & very knowledgeable. Loved the course! Such a great investment!!!!

Frank was awesome! His level of knowledge is amazing. He knew the material without referring notes which I found incredible. He also gave the history behind how things came to be the way they are rather than just reciting facts. Very effective teaching style and extremely entertaining to listen too. Considering the class was on a Saturday morning, I was surprised that I was sad to see it end.

The teacher isn't patient at all. He becomes easily upset when you ask him questions and will cut you off or dismiss you. It made me and others uncomfortable to even ask anything because we already knew the teacher would have a negative response towards us.

I am very pleased with my experience at Chicago Real Estate School. The classes literally flew by. My instructor Frank was the best! He has so much knowledge and experience in this field making all of us feel extremely confident that we will do great after taking the course
