Learned alot from the instructor best real estate school to attend in the Chicago Land area.

My experience taking the accelerated course with CRES was beyond my expectations. All credit to the instructor, Danette Foster, and to the supporting staff for providing video versions of the chapters. Danette was constantly motivating us, teaching with real life examples, and I never felt bored or distracted through the entire two weeks of the course. Her career experience and professional charisma kept me focused and interested in learning all the details of real estate. I'm looking forward to passing my exam, and have a lot of confidence that I have been prepared very well by the school.

Very good experience a lot of knowledge provided by Danette Foster who has long history in real estate business.

The school is great, Everyone from Kim Bates, Scott and of course my instructor Danette Foster, are all amazing. They take the time out to fully explain things to you, as well as to help you every step of the way. I did online first that wasn't working for me. So off to class I went. Scott made it very easy and stress free. I went to class doubtful about preparing and passing the state exam. After two weeks with Danette I feel like any thing is possible. I feel motivated , excited and ready to take the state exam. I look forward to my new career. Danette is not just an instructor. She is a motivator and she shares her wisdom. She brings humor, laughter and excitement into the classroom. I am forever grateful to her, my confident level is at a 10 from a 2. So in saying that let me say this. Go for it.. You can do it. Very good school, great teachers I

I finished the two week course with Michelle and passed the test on my first take. I attribute this to Michelle’s teaching style and her continued willingness to ensure we all understood the material. Michelle took time during breaks and after class to answer student questions. The online items such as the audio and videos with Sam were definitely helpful reinforcement. The extra test practice questions helped to prepare for the test. Thank you CRES!
