The “cram day” was worth it. I recommend if you need mire classroom time.

The class was good but I was disappointed we didn’t get thru all the chapters in review book . I also wish the class went over the math that is in the state test.

I was able to pass the real estate broker exam in one attempt after taking the online course and the all day review. Vic was a great instructor online and Sam kept the review entertaining and informative. The book is put together very well and the practice tests were on par with the state and national exam.

This was school was a GREAT choice! The instructor was very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend CRES!

Sam was great in simplifying the terminology and relating it to situations we can understand.

More upbeat and engaging. Maybe an instructor who isn’t so familiar with the subject, then the instruction could be more broken down and dissected for beginners.

AMAZING SCHOOL

Sam Zakarian is an amazing instructor! I felt as though more information stayed in my head and made more sense. He does not beat around the bush, he gets straight to the point while still giving helpful examples. It is great that he is working on new training videos, they re super helpful! I am much more confident this time around to pass the exam. It would have been definitely been worth the drive to take this course with Sam! Thank you Sam!

Danette was wonderful! Excellent teacher who focused on all the material at hand.

Overall great program. Location classroom noise level was a bit excessive due to the apartments that were surrounding the office space. I understand the cost saving behind it but it was very distracting while class was in session.

I absolutely love my real estate school. They are constantly growing and leading in innovation doing things differently that other schools are not. It really helps students retain the information taught.

The instructor was great! fantastic infomortation and timing. disturbances in the class might have made the instructor a little irritated but not so much so where it affected the lesson. The class was ran effectively nonetheless and Danette Foster was amazing and staying on topic answering any questions related to real estate. Love the course work she taught.

Provided great tools for learning and studying. The instructor/s were passionate and truly cared about educating the class about Real Estate and the exam. Such an enjoyable experience.

Took the 5 week course with Vick in Des Plaines he was great! Didn’t feel I prepared enough on my own, so the crash course with Sam helped even more. I take the state exam next week and feel more then ready thanks to 2 great instructors!

I wish I would've taken his course origionally. He's GREAT and very thorough.

Our teacher Frank was so knowledgeable. He brought his years experience of real estate to the classroom every time. He explained everything in detail. At times he can be rough but its simply because he wants to see each of us succeed. Nervous but looking forward to taking the exam soon, Thank You.

Frank is a great teacher with a ton of experience in Real Estate (over 40 years). All his real-life examples helped me a lot to really understand the material. I'm very happy that I choose this company and this location.
