Vic was a great instructor. He not only made the class interesting but he incorporated the class by using our experiences which helped us get to know each other better and learn from each other with examples and experiences based off the learning material. Very interactive and educational.

I had an EXCELLENT experience attending this school. Danette Foster is a great instructor. It actually went by so fast.

If it wasn't for Sam, I wouldn't have passed on the first try! I took an online real estate course prior to the one-day review class with Sam, but i didn't feel like I was grasping all of the key concepts and strategies needed to pass the exam. After taking Sam's all-day review class, I felt so much more confident and passed the state and national exam on the first try. I'm so happy I decided to travel from the burbs to take this class, it's well worth the time and money spent! Thank you.

I haven't had experience with any other instructors so it's hard to compare her to others however I didn't think she handled situations that came up in class very appropriately. I know she is passionate about real estate and her career, however, I think she came off as rude and arrogant to some students. The material is dry and I don't think she was super helpful in making it more interesting with personal stories. I think my personal self-study is what helped me pass this test.

Danette was nothing short of an amazing instructor! She throughly goes through every chapter and doesn't proceed until she makes sure everyone in the class understands exactly what each chapter is about.

I truly enjoyed this class Danette made it very easy to follow the book and understand the real life concepts. I received a lot of help in this class and knowledge. I highly recommend this real estate school to anyone looking to start their real estate career!

the accelerated class is not for the faint of heart. there was a LOT of outside studying and practice exams (i used prep agent) that i did in addition to taking the classes. the classes are only very high level info and it will be up to you to make sure to learn anything that was not discussed. i was fortunate that i passed on my 1st try 2 weeks after the classes were done, but that came with a lot of hard work.
