Sam Zacarias was an incredible instructor. He is funny, knowledgeable, and has been in the business for so long that his stories had me laughing out loud. I feel so prepared for the exam because of his teaching. I was constantly engaged in the class even though it was pre-recorded sessions.

I think overall there was a lot of support and material on the website. Plenty of practice quizzes, review videos and real life interaction if you needed questions answered right away. The instructs offered time to call outside of their scheduled classroom time and even offered their office as a study space if we needed to come in and ask questions.

I am scheduled to take my exam in February and the teachers and school have provided me with everything I need. The website is easy to maneuver and they have made instructions clear on the process of taking the exam, what will be on the exam, and how to find a broker afterwards. I took in person classes and I felt safe being socially distant. They have also provided a plethora of resources of review- textbook, chapter video, audiobook, and third party sites for exam prep. Teacher was always available to talk after class/ outside of class to clarify any questions.

I loved everything about this online course. I gives you so many ways to get the knowledge and it leaves you feeling confident. Sam was amazing I would recommend this course to EVERYONE!

Amazing learning experience

I really enjoyed everything about the Chicago Real Estate School. All the instructors were very informative and resourceful. Definitely helped prep me for the exam. I can’t wait to take it. Thank you all for everything.

This course was put together very well and did a great job of helping us learn the material. But what really helped me pass my Exam was my instructor Danette, Danette not only gave us insight as to what we should be studying, but she also displayed immense motivation towards having her students succeed. Thank you so much once again.

I must say, im very happy with CRES. I had to take the course 2 times but if I listened to my instructor and studied more , I wouldn't have failed the exam. This time around I have used all the tools that they provide and they do provide a ton. Now that im looking back, im not sure how I even failed n worst , I don't knownwhy I didn't retake the exam all over again faster..anyways here are my thoughts about the school: 1.the online classes are amazing! My instructor was sam zakarian...he kept it all interesting in the video reviews. Although they weren't live classes for the reviews, the classes were live at some point. I believe during Covid. He was very thorough and SO FRIGGIN FUNNY. He made it so you stayed engaged and excited you about getting out there in the industry. Even my wife would watch the videos with me and she says she wants to meet him lol. 2. Everytime n I mean EVERYTIME I needed something or had a question or didn't understand something in the material or how to navigate the online course, they were there to answer my questions literally straight away! Whoever Scott is, he is amazing! I didn't understand coursework and many other issues I had with my schedule and he was literally a message away! With their undivided attention, I felt like I was their only student. Even when I had an issue getting through to AMP,(if you don't know, you'll eventually know who/ what AMP IS) He literally handled what I couldn't get done in 12hrs by myself in 10minutes! 3. The webinars are a four part LIVE class you have to do for the online portion. I like that they had those reviews available however the instructor who did mines was soooooo boring that I could barely focus. He is very soft spoken and nice but he basically read the book n doing that for almost 4 hrs 4 times can be daunting! He speaks to you like he's teaching a kindergarten class.( for all my parents out there, you know what I mean) ...however, he got the job done. It was just difficult to me bc coming from Sam Zakarian who did the prerecorded video reviews was total opposite. Again, the webinars were great n it did what it was supposed to do which is REVIEW the coursework but just a little boring. Overall, I actually enjoyed CRES. They for sure make sure you're set up for success. If you follow what they tell you to do, you will pass the exam! Its a great school bc they are there to answer whatever questions you have and having that undivided attention is necessary bc this is a ton of information and it can be intimidating. I also want to mention that even though I had to retake the course bc of my own dumb issues- they discounted the already affordable class for me ...and they let me pay it in 2 different parts. One for course work..second payment for when I wanted to start the webinars..in times like COVID, that made a world of difference for me bc I work in the restaurant industry and we all know hown thats going!

All I can say is my experience was not a good one.

Extremely knowledgeable and welcoming instructor. Vic not only provided examples depicted in the books but also connected the latter to many of his experiences in his career. Additionally, he provided all students with a number to reach home and was never hesitant to answer any questions or concerns. A great experience!
