I had instructor Vic Valenti and he was excellent in helping understand the material.
Sam is a great teacher! He really breaks things down and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I did the self-study course and it was really helpful being able to watch all of Sam's videos, stop, rewind, and watch certain parts over again. I would definitely recommend CRES to anyone looking to get into real estate.
CRES is an amazing school. I researched many other schools and I felt that CRES was going to give me what I wanted and it did. The material and instructor are amazing!
Hands down one of the best schools for becoming a real estate professional. I have used other schools in the past because I am Licensed in other states but CRES stands out above the rest. I did all online and watched all the videos that Sam hosted. So thorough, and packed with a ton of useful content. So happy I chose Cres and I would recommend CRES to everyone!
