If it wasn’t for the classroom options and practice quizzes Cres offers on their website I would be a lot less equipped to take my brokers exam and wouldn’t feel as knowledgeable as I am today.

He is great professor that has a lot of experience in the field. He shares a lot of real world examples during lectures that pertain to what you will be studying.

CRES is a terrific school. The self-paced course is challenging, I am used to the the discipline, support and expertise of a classroom with a live instructor. In my opinion, it is higher level material to cover alone. The text book is daunting, 400+ pages! However, the instructor's videos and all of the extra material provided by the school were super organized and informative. I would refer anyone that is looking for the pre-licensure courses to CRES. The admin team was consistently available, kind and super patient. Scott, Kim and Danielle deserve big accolades for that! Scott had some terrific tips when I began to have some anxiety around the multiple choice style of questions used in the state exam. I was over-thinking my answers and needed to be reminded to slow down, relax and that the correct answer in the exam is the BEST answer. Another instructor's webinars were jam packed covering all chapters in 4 sessions - to cover that much material in 15 hours is really impressive, focusing on exam topics and tips to help us focus on the right information. It is easy to get diverted because there is so much to learn and comprehend. Again, the instructors are obviously incredibly experienced in field and terrific in downloading an inordinate amount of material to the students in ways that make sense and leave you feeling optimistic about the exam. Again, the support staff could not be more helpful. I am extremely impressed and very grateful to CRES. Thank you!

I enrolled at CRES without considering that I just relocated to Chicago and I'm not quite settled in. I had two on-site classes, and fell a bit behind...(so I thought at least)...CRES has video lectures with an effective facilitator, an audiobook and hundreds of practice test questions...everything I needed was at my fingertips from home...In a sense I had a slight advantage because I've taken a real estate class before in another state. Realistically, you will get out of the course what you put into it...

Information was digestible and very informative. The way the sections were laid out along with the quizzes at the end of each section allowed me to retain the information without a lot of back and forth. Would have been 5 stars except for the sometimes inconsistency of the website. For example, on multiple quizzes, the website froze and I couldn't get the results. Other than that, I would use this program again.

I had a very good experience at Chicago Real Estate School. I can say without hesitation, the atmosphere was welcoming and the instructor knowledgeable . I was adequately prepared for the state and national exams and passed.

I got the guidance I needed to pass the State Broker test. The instructors are great and will help you when you need help. Essentially go through the self study course, watch the videos with Sam take notes as you go and you will do well. Ask any questions you have during the review sessions. Do some reveiw before the test and you will likely pass.

Throughout the whole course I feel there was lack of enthusiasm and energy coming from the instructor, i felt I was read the book outloud by the instructor, no examples were used and when she asked if any students had questions she always answered as though we were asking a dumb question and answered very rudely. I feel the webinar was not helpful in my success in learning anything in this realestate course, it was the same as if I had just taken the self study to begin with. I even felt the need to watch other instructors give the same webinar class and felt I learned way more and felt more enthusiastic and happy and ready to learn. I would really highly recommend this class be viewed by the review team since it is being recorded. Thank you so much for your time.

Great school great teachers you can study at your own pace if you have any questions your teacher will give you their contact number so you can ask them they even offer assistance after you are done with the classes as well. They give you real life examples which helps so much With memorizing the terminology.
