Chicago Real Estate School was just phenomenal. I was provided with a lot of valuable information and resources. The instructor Derrick McNeal rocks. I have already began referring other people due to my awesome experience.

I think overall the program is very comprehensive and there are so many tools at your disposal. I am scheduled to test in the next month so I am using all the resources provided. I deducted a point due to the number of typos in the material and formatting errors. For the amount that we pay, I would expect the material to be presented in a more polished fashion.

Sam is a great instructor. You can’t find a better teacher who is as passionate and knowledgeable as he is. The set up for the class was terrific and easy to follow. The book was also easy to understand and the flow was in good order. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in becoming a real state broker.

I loved the review! Very helpful and made me much more confident to take the exam. I will recommend it to everyone because it definitely helps put you on the right track for studying.
