Frank Muldowney was an incredible Instructor and did an excellent job at ensuring we understood all the material. I loved the flex course and the option to do classes remotely during COVID. I had access to both hard copy of book and electronic. Also loved how the class and the chapters are set up. Will definitely recommend CRES for anyone looking to get their Brokers License.

I attended the five week program, and I thought that the training materials and subsequent quizzes were excellent in helping to prepare for the exam. The content and structure within the dashboard was also exceptional. In addition, I want to give kudos to the instructor led training by Sam Zakarian. Sam did an exceptional job in not only explaining the materials, but then applying real life examples from his past experiences. His passion and enthusiasm really drove me to do the best I could as Sam really pours his heart and soul into his instruction. Great Job! Highly recommended.

My instructor Danette is brilliant with her teachings. Danette is patient, passionate, and gives thorough examples to follow up.

Although our instructor was very nice and knowledgeable but the webinar portion of the program wasn't structured or organized. It was more reminiscent of an informal conversation that we paid $100+ for. My suggestion to CRES in the future is to encourage your instructors to create a short syllabus/lesson plan etc. so the students can gain additional knowledge about real estate, become better prepared for the state exam, and still find that second portion of the program useful. Other than that, the school itself is very professional, helpful, and gives it's students every opportunity to succeed on the state exam. I would recommend the program to anyone looking to get into real estate as a solid first step.

The Professor was good. I hoping all the Chapters were discussed to feel better prepared for taking the State Exam.
