Great experience. Definitely went over the necessary material for the exam. So many resources and study materials came with the class. They definitely make sure you have all tools to pass.

Instructor was excellent, Friendly and helpful. Online navigation was good although some minor materials/ info required updating. Overall a great experience.

Great school highly recommended! All the information to pass the exam is provided in the course and Sam was great at teaching. You definitely need to study hard (which CRES advised from day one) but they set you up for success! Passed the exam on the first try!

Danette was a great instructor! I would recommend taking the regular course instead of the accelerated course. She had so much wisdom and real life knowledge, but seemed to be rushing through some days.

I absolutely loved CRES! The instructors were amazing and the info is incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to get their license.

I have been a student of this scool about 2.5 months now.... I have attended classes under Sam sir, after which i would say this is the place and person to go to if you are even thinking about real estate, he will make all your doubts go away and make you much more confident and have you go feeling prepared for the exam. If you really want to succeed on your first go thas is where you need to be. He made it so simple and understandable even after a long day at work... and after i came here things seem posible/acheivable. Thank you sooo much Sam sir and this school for this wonderful opportunity. I would have never thought that I would make it but you all made it possible.🙂

Great online program!

Nonye Was Amazing! She took her time to give us all of the content and was very thorough in her training. She spent time on more complex problems and never once rushed through the material when the group wasn't ready. Our group was very lucky to have her expertise, thoughtfulness, and care towards the success of everyone that attended. Thanks again!

My instructor was Sam and he was helpful, insightful, and kept the class interesting and fun. He used real world experiences that were relevant and had so many tips. There were so many resources available to me I felt very well prepared for the exam and will recommended this school over and over again.

The instructors were amazing. Trying to sift through such dense information was difficult on my own. Thank goodness for our Instructors at CRES!

Very good teachers

At first I was very intimidated by the material. Vic did a great job calming our nerves. Then Ms. Ononobu really helped explain the material and kept us focused. She was assuring and supportive. She made us feel comfortable and really challenged us to think. Very humble person. Then Sams videos really stepped up the information with his illustrations and breakdown of the material and math problems. Giving real life examples of where we might see or hear certain things. It was a tri-fecta of knowledge and experience. Thank you

I would highly recommend CRES to anyone looking to become licensed in real estate. I took the self managed online class and passed the exam on the first try. I found the lectures to be extremely engaging and easy to watch. The quizzes and practice exam were excellent and I didn't need any resources outside of what was provided by CRES to feel ready for the state exam.

Mr. McNeal was a thorough instructor. He made learning and understanding the language of the Real Estate world easy to grasp!

I really enjoyed my overall experience! My instructor Sam is awesome and made the class fun . After taking this class I know I will do great on the State Exam . Anyone who is thinking about taking this course, don’t hesitate and just do it you won’t regret it !

My Experience with Chicago Realtor was excellent my instructor Was awesome and patient with us and I believe he gave us great information so when it’s time to go take the test we should head have enough experience to pass thank you Now I’m just waiting on the second part to find out what I need to do to go take the state test

The way the study book is formatted is very poorly done. The book explains things with real estate terms that you wouldn’t know unless you’re in the field and they don’t defines or explain those terms til much later so it makes it hard to understand what you’re reading. It’s also not worded in a way that makes it easy to understand. It’s worded like a contract at times when explaining simple terms or procedures. The review videos aren’t that good at times either. The instructor made comments sometimes that were completely off topic and sometimes uncomfortable like when he said he would go to the gym only to see when do yoga. All in all it was a disappointing experience and pricey at that.
