I really enjoyed learning real estate from CRES. I thought the material and concepts were clearly defined, explained and taught throughout the course. I especially enjoyed learning from Sam Zakarian, I thought he brought a ton of knowledge and experience to his lectures. They were interactive and engaging which was helpful.

I enjoyed the course and felt it was very thorough. highly recommend this school

Vic did a great job teaching. The most helpful thing was that he made sure, multiple times, that we had access to multiple outside resources. He made the material easy to understand and was patient when we had questions. Definitely a positive experience with Vic.

The instructor is a very experienced and talented realtor. However, his pedagogical skills are very basic. The use of examples, prompts, charts, and images will greatly enhance his class.

My instructor Sam was amazing! He really breaks the chapters down each class and helps us to ensure we completely understand all the important key points that we will need to know to pass the state exam, and info we will need to know for being a broker as well. He is also funny, very entertaining, and keeps us on our feet during class so we don't miss anything. And he knows the material so well we can ask him any question and he knows the answer. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to become a real estate broker.

I chose the flex option, and attended 2 webinars a week (3.5 hours/day). The format/structure of the webinars were easy to follow, and the chapter review videos were were nice to refer back to. Vic was a great instructor, very knowledgeable and straight to the point. I'm so excited to say that I passed my exam, just this past Monday, ON THE FIRST TRY!! Thank you, CRES!
