I ordered the spray for my dogs hotspots. Unfortunately, it didn’t help. When I asked for a refund not only did they give me a refund straight away, they told me I could keep the product and suggested I give it to my neighbourhood shelter or somewhere it wouldn’t go to waste! Loved that I didn’t have to go through the process of returning the product to get my refund!

I have been purchasing most of my cat food from Chewy for years. Unfortuantely I just found out that Marshall products you carry supports Marshall BioResources who in their industrial facilities across US and Europe breed tens of thousands of dogs for the sole purpose of being sold for research purpose. Apparently, Marshall has a long record of abuse. Staff at their Italian subsidiary have been jailed for "unjustified killing and mistreatment" of dogs. Unfortunately Chewy supports this when they sell Marshall toys, treats, clothing, etc. made by a Marshall Division. "Rise for Animals" has been watching Marshall's carefully. "I urge Chewy to server ties with Marshall BioResources thereby ending pipeline of misery for animals and regaining the Respect of _Your Customers." It is my hope, Sumit Singh,CEO and Satisll Mehta, CTO, and Michael Day see this! I and many more cannot support Chewy under these circumstances. Please let your conscience be your guide. Thank you for your time. Traynor

Chewy is unlike any other company I have ever dealt with.. I called on a Sunday in a panic due to a delivery issue.. the 1800 number rang no more than three times and a woman picked up and said good morning thank you for calling chewy.. and I almost cried.. no push 1. 2. 3. What have you.. no holds.. no foreign customer service specialist.. she was kind and helpful and accommodating.. I will not speak on the specifics of how I was helped as I would never want it to be exploited.. but I had a serious issue with my order and the kind lady helped me and walked me through and fully explained everything.. she fixed the issue no problem and it was an entire 15mins from dialed number to end of phone call.. I will always support chewy and what they are doing and their example for customer service should be taught to more companies! If you are curious about starting and using chewy.. 5stars always! No stresss no hassles.. thank you chewy for all your amazing help!

I wanted to recognize a Supervisor named Rene at Chewy’s. I called regarding a potential account issue. Rene took my call & was incredibly helpful. He ask about account specifics. Next, he gave me some insight to what may have transpired. Rene seemed like a genuinely kind and caring individual. I truly hope that Chrewy takes note & recognizes employees such as Rene.

Chewy is a wonderful company that has proven itself time and again with high-quality products at reasonable prices, outstanding customer service, and genuine concern for customers. My first experience with Chewy was ordering a cat tree because I felt cat trees in local stores are overpriced. Chewy has an extensive selection of affordable cat trees; my cats are still enjoying their tree after more than a year of use. When my elderly cat needed prescription medication, I arranged for Chewy's automatic shipping each month. This is a hassle-free service and the package always arrived in good condition. My elderly cat just died several days ago. When I called Chewy to cancel the monthly food order, the person with whom I spoke expressed genuine sorrow at my loss and refunded me the entire price of my cat's last food package! The very next day, I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a condolence card from Chewy. This company has set the gold-standard for customer care. Other companies should take note and follow suit. I will continue using Chewy for my other two cats' needs. I highly recommend Chewy!!

I wanted to purchase an outdoor Cat House for the numerous feral cats/kittens that have adopted us and our front porch so I created an account, selected the cat house, put it in my shopping basket, checked out using paypal and received the standard "thankyou for your order" email. Within 5 minutes I received a second email telling me my order had been cancelled because they noticed some suspicious activity on my account??? What activity, I had only had it for 5 minutes??? I replied to their email to be told that I needed to verify who I was, my credit card and order - which I (now foolishly) did and they advised me that my account was activated and ready to be used; however refused to tell me what the supposed suspicious activity was. So, I gave them another try and reordered the cat house based on them telling me that all was well. Went through the same process, got the thanks for your order email which was rapidly followed by another email from them telling me they wouldn't process my order until I identified myself AGAIN! That; however, didn't stop them from taking the money for the order from my account. This mob cannot, and should not, be trusted. If you need anything for your pets/animals walk into a pet shop and buy what you need even if it does cost a little more, at least you'll get what you want.

I am a stickler for Customer Service and Chewy is the only large company I know of that answers the call on the first or second ring. Moreover, you get a live person. The shipping is lightning fast, the prices are competitive and they carry quality products. What more could you ask for from any company, especially a large one like Chewy. I will always buy from Chewy before Amazon or any other company based on my personal experience receiving excellent customer service. I believe Service is More Important than Product and no company understands that concept more than Chewy.

The team at Chewy are amazing. We have had great customer service and never an issue. After letting Chewy know our sweet dog of 14 years passed away in September, they not only refunded our huge bag of dog food and asked us to donate to a shelter, they sent us a floral arrangement expressing their sadness for our loss. A great company and will be back when we find another furry friend. ❤️

Sadly my beloved pet recently passed away. I contacted Chewy about unused cans of dog food. The kindness and sensitivity of the customer service representative was note worthy. She not only refunded the amount of my last order but didn’t make me send them back so that I could donate them. I also had unused syringes (my pet was diabetic) and that rep also refunded a portion of the cost of my last order. As if that wasn’t enough, I received a beautiful vase of flowers with the most lovely condolence card the next day. This company is unbelievable! There are no adequate words to express how much respect and gratitude I have for this company.

I spent nearly 4 HOURS trying to get a simple situation resolved. Chewy delivered damaged goods vital to ensuring I can remember my pet prior to their euthanasia appointment. I received platitudes, unhelpful responses, and blatant attempts to simply have me go away. When I was FINALLY promised a resolution and overnight shipping of the damaged goods, I was instead treated to the standard shipping and NO changes. The deliver was not even set up with an overnight label! The incompetence displayed by support staff, coupled with a culture that does not empower staff, creates nightmare scenarios for grieving pet parents.

I just made to call customer service for the first time. A person answered! A real person. We had my issue resolved and refunded in 3 minutes. Fantastic customer service!

I had purchased a bag of GI cat food but before I opened it, my cat died. I called Chewy to see if I could return it, and spoke IN PERSON (no chat bot) to a wonderful CS rep. She assured me that Chewy would refund the cost of the food, and I could donate the bag to an animal shelter. She was so caring and really empathized with my loss. 2 days later I received a small bouquet of flowers from “Mary and your Chewy family” expressing their condolences. Amazing customer service.

We'd just received a sixteen pound bag of dry and a dozen cans of very expensive veterinary EN diet for our ailing eleven-year-old Chesapeake Bay retriever mix, Phoebe, when it became clear to all of us that the right thing to do was euthanasia. We had already opened the dry food bag and taken a cup, but the canned food was untouched, so we called Chewy's to see if we could return the cans. The person there (I wish we'd noted her name) was pleasant and asked if Phoebe's diet had changed, so we told her no, that Phoebe was gone. The woman was so empathetic, said that of course we can refund the canned food and, after checking with her supervisor, told us they'd refund the dry as well, just take it all to your local shelter or your vet so someone else can use it. We thought that was so generous and that that was the end of the matter. Until this afternoon, when a delivery van showed up. We'd canceled our scheduled deliveries of food, so we thought there was some mistake, but no, no mistake: Chewy's sent a dozen beautiful red roses in a lovely glass vase to honor Phoebe and help ease the pain of our loss! It's easy for a business to claim it cares about you and your pet; how many go above and beyond to tangibly express that caring in such a beautiful and touching way? Clearly, the people at Chewy's are pet-lovers, and they genuinely care about their customers and their pets.

Terrible customer service! Save yourself some trouble and shop for your pets elsewhere. Our account was deactivated without warning or just cause. If you care about your pets, shop literally anywhere else.

1-I came back to try again after very disappointing prev experience. 2-I get email saying My dog food was not being continued-I went on the site and there it was- I called and was told I got the wrong email and all was fine. 3 I then got ANOTHER email sayg same=called again. was told only bundle being discontinued-she set me up on auto w/2 single bags insteAd ot the 'dual'-that was 6 weeks ago!! the dual bundle IS STILL AVAIL!! i ENDED UP CALLING 4 TIMES FOR THE 1ST ORD!! 4-then I DIDNT qualify for free shipping becasue an item I had on auto ship went on sale so I was going to be charged shipping for a difference of 6 cents!! I called again! Then I got a birthday card that I forgot about and tried to apply it but it doesnt work for auto ship-I went reg=its only for 'birthday' gifts-I tried to order that and I STILL didnt qualifuy for the discount so IM DONE!!! 6-walmart and amazon sell the same dog food and treats-I can get them on my limited budget shipped free for only 35.00 and that's where Im going back to.!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! I AM VERY-V E R Y!!! UNHAPPY!! W/ CHEWY!! 7-I PUT TODAYS DATE BEC i had TO PUT A DATE BUT ITS BEEN THE ENTIRE 6 WEEKS i'VE RECEIVED ORDERS!!!!!

Does matter if Chewy is a good company or not..The courier they use is so sorry..They will leave you package anywhere..Side of the rd..Middle of the driveway..Open for anyone to steal it..It's FedEx in Ga..Worthless..

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I purchased an item at least two months ago, and u received it. So far, so good. I recently tried to purchase some items on the Autoship plan, and I was denied! I called several times trying to find out why they closed my account, and I was given no information. They are lousy when it comes to customer service. I will never ever purchase from them again. They are unscrupulous and lacking any meaningful customer service.
