I ordered pet food on this site. They offered a discount for auto ship, so I set that up. They also advertised free 1-3 day delivery, and a satisfaction guarantee. I thought it sounded too good to be true, and I was right. After I ordered the pet food I got an email claiming they needed to confirm my information before they ship the item. I know this isn't true, but still I responded and let them know all my information was correct. They did not respond or ship the item, so I sent a message asking why the item wasn't shipped. I let them know my pet needed the item (she is diabetic and needs special food) and told them to ship it now. No response to the message, and when I checked the status of the order I found they had blocked the shipment and my next auto ship. In conclusion, I strongly recommend not doing business with this company. They did not provide the goods or services advertised, they wasted my time and left my poor pet without the food she needs. They do not care about customers or their pets, as evidenced by the lack of communication, lack of customer service, and blocking orders for no reason. Beware!

Chewy.com is STILL a scam artist operation. A couple years ago I ordered several 8 lb. jugs of lightweight cat litter. Guess what Chewy sent me? Two gigantic/heavy cartons of cat litter. I couldn’t even bring the shipping carton into my house without help from a neighbor. When I asked why they did not send what I ordered, they said it was all that was available in their nearest warehouse. Now comes my chance to give Chewy another chance. I decided to use the $20 off deal they offered me by mail. After painstakingly entering all the order information, including getting waylaid by the recurring message indicating I could save money with their coupons – which of course was another of their scams, they didn’t want me to use the credit card I always use. They wanted me to use Pay Pal or G Pay. No thanks. Anyway, there was no way for me to enter PLACE ORDER unless I behaved like a sheep and did it their way. Adios Chewy; hello Amazon.

Have been a customer for years. Chewy has been great overall, we only experienced one time they wouldn't give a replacement for a damaged item which resulted in a lot of back and forth. Otherwise it's been no problem and fast shipping, easy, and we love the convenience of it.

I bought my cat's food on Monday, they took the money right away but on Tuesday I Receive a message that says that I needed to call to customer service to fix something with my account.Which I did and they asked me a lot of verification questions and then they said that everything was fixed and that I will receive the food between 24 and 48 hours on Friday 4am I receive another email saying that I should call again and do the same process again and that they couldn't Approve my purchase EVEN THO THEY TOOK THE MONEY ON MONDAY asked for same information twice and told me that I will receive the food not later than friday... And because Is friday Already, and my cat does not have her food and I will have to go to another store anyway I aked them to cancel my order and account And they said that they will give me back the money in 2 business days MEANING NEXT WEEK (I have to wait for the weekend plus to the business day for having the money back when they did not have any problems takingit from me instantly) and like nothing they invite me to create a profile for my pet to keep buying there?!, haha not even crazy, The audacity of this people... I will not buy there Ever again....

Chewy has earned my business for life. Their response when our beloved Bulldog passed demonstrated that they truly have a culture about caring for animals. They took the time to ask why I was returning a product and sadly our sweet girl passed away the day it was delivered and I couldn’t bare to open it so I just simply wanted to return it. Chewy not only refunded our money but asked that we donate the product to our local pet shelter of which I was more than happy to do so. And if that wasn’t above and beyond caring, the next day I received a lovely bouquet of flowers from Chewy expressing their condolences for our loss. Wow, they understand and truly care for the animals and pets they provide all of the great products for. Thank you Chewy I am deeply touched by your compassion and wish more companies understood their customer relationships like Chewy does.

I had 2 bags of dry dog food come with little WORMS in it. The first bag they replace with a bag full of CRUSHED dog food...CRUMBS! I had to use it because I had waited for it for 3 days after the WORM bag. They refunded and sent me a new bag. When I just opened the new bag, IT TOO HAS WORMS IN IT. They won't replace that bag as they said they already did?? SERIOUSLY. Disgusting 1/4 inch WORMS. The first WORM bag we dumped in a field and it emanated a FOUL smell for DAYS....Something seriously wrong here.

Just returned from TUI Blue Rivera in Benalmadena.Very disappointed definitely not a 4 star hotel would struggle to be a 3 star .Location is amazing right on beach . Hotel interior in general is Very Tired .Floor in room creaks,taps in bathroom covered in limescale very scratched and hard to turn .Fresh grouted needed in shower.Toilet roll holder falls off .Tiles round pool lifting in places and cracked .Parasols old and bases very rusty and some broken. Restaurant clean but tables just basic .Staff friendly .Food ok but not much choice especially meat.Will definitely not be returning .

Chewy likes to hold onto your money even if they acknowledge they won't send the product. Had a customer rep tell me a coupon code couldn't be used- fine, refund my order. Well Chewy doesn't do that by default because they have you call in- to ask if you want to pay full price, and if so cancel your original order and then play a new one. So regardless Chewy is going to refund the money- but only once you contact them- even though they have pending charge and no intent. Customer Service was incredibly defensive about this point making me believe that it is a common upsell tactic besides seemingly being illegal to withhold both product and payment.

I had to cancel auto ship for our dogs flea control as he had passed away. They acknowledged condolences immediately and next day we received a vase of sympathy flowers. Very very considerate and so heartwarming. Mr and Mrs David Lodge.

Horrible experience. Going on 2 months and Chewy Pharmacy could not get the script filled correctly. Forced to go back to my Vet and pay full price. Definitely would not recommend.

Ordered dog food and it happened to be the wrong one. So I requested a cancel and refund. They claim their warehouse doesn't have the order anymore saying it shipped and FedEx claims they haven't picked it up yet that its still at the warehouse. So apparently I paid chewy money for a order that no ones has or can explain where it is. What a major scam

I’ve never had any major issues with Chewy until my last pharmacy order. Customer service reps have always been attentive and done what they said until this last order. My cat’s medicine was delayed several times and he ended up licking himself bloody on spots! Chewy didn’t contact my vet and send me an email that they were waiting on me to mail my prescription…this took days, and all the while I thought the prescription was being processed. They finally got it figured out and then the order never arrived after they said they would overnight it. I called to request another order be overnighted…that order wasn’t placed until the next day! It was supposed to be overnight shipped to arrive on 9/10. when the box finally got here there was a label with the date of 9/9 on it and another one slapped over it after the fact the next day, so overnight was t even updated until a day later! I was told to buy locally and they would reimburse me, then received a voicemail that they would “try” to request reimbursement for me. Lots of empty promises and different answers. Originally ordered august 28th and finally received September 11th. Avoid Chewy if you need critical medicine for your pet!

Chewy has outstanding customer service. Every time I've needed to contact them for a return or questions about an order, they're courteous, helpful, and respond quickly. They recently went above and beyond for me by overnighting a prescription medication (for free! They didn't charge me more for shipping) after my dog's medication had run out due to 1800PetMeds negligence. I am so unbelievably grateful for Chewy and their consistently great service. Thank you!

Chewy has a great selection of products and their customer service is outstanding. I recently ordered a bag of horse feed that I could not use. When I contacted Chewy to return it, the representative simply asked that I donate the feed to a nonprofit rescue and I would receive a credit for the purchase. I did donate the feed to a horse rescue and Chewy credited my account. I appreciate the opportunity to help other animals and I think this is a great policy of Chewy.

I really like the auto ship feature never having to worry about dog food. The food selection is endless and cheaper than supermarket. I do however have issues when trying to stop products, it doesn’t allow more than one item. The prices on treats and toys are very high too.

I am so impressed with Chewy.com as a company! I just told my employees that we need to find a way to be as considerate with our customers! I just lost our dog and was taken by surprise when Chewy sent us Flowers and a card of sympathy. That is truly the definition of above and beyond!!! If we get a new pet which is a big if…I will not hesitate to use Chewy.com again. Thank you Chewy for caring about our animal family!

Well let's begin with the empty promises!!! 🤬🤬 We ordered meds for my Bella and she had valley fever in her tibia we ordered those meds on the 3rd we were told that it would be delivered on Friday between 10 and 2pm also we requested these meds to be overnited and was told that this was an emergency that my dog needed this ASAP. Well it's Friday and it's 4:48 pm and they are not here with her meds!! Now this started back in May that I took my Bella to VCA VET HOSPITAL and they didn't do a thing but gave her carprofen for the swelling didn't help so we took her to our old vet with now we are staying with Dr. B he diagnosed her in one day with valley fever and this can be deadly for dogs she's only 2 yrs old so this vet told us to go on Chewy. com they said they could overnight it but that didn't happen then I called to see where her meds were paid over$700.00 and they keep telling me it's on it's way. But it's not!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 My dog is in pain and has been for months and chewing had no care in the world for our pets(Furbabies). It's passed the time told by a rep at chewy that once it leaves there place they have no idea where there delivery driver is. Please don't give me a time frame to when my dog's meds will be at my home that's BS If I doesn't come today I BETTER GET A REFUND BACK THIS SAME DAY!! I'M NOT PLAYING WITH ANYONE. I WON'T WAIT 7 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO REFUND MY FREAKING Money that DAY. ' WAY TO MUCH TO LOSE AND TO SEE MY PUP GOING THRU THIS CRAP. NOT A HAPPY FIRST TIME USER OF CHEWY?!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 And all calls are recorded which helps me out big time!! Bcuz she's the one that have me a time frame. I can't believe how money hunger this place is. I will never use this place again. All I get is(I'M SO SORRY) WILL I'M SORRYS ARE ALL USED UP!!
