After a very promising start and much professional reassurance the promised call to my mother to actually speak to and assess her failed to happen. Twice. These calls were scheduled as appointments and my mother was coached and prepared to answer and ask questions; this two time no-show was greatly distressing and unspeakably frustrating having had to spend a great deal of time getting the elder in question to even agree to the concept of live in care. Having agreed, she was badly let down. Obvs, if they can't make a phone call to a prospective client, they are hardly recommending themselves as carers. WHAT WENT WRONG?

I spoke to a lovely person who listened to what I needed. Then we agreed what support I was going to have for my personal hygiene and dressing needs. I am telling my friends about you. Very good.

My cousin is in a wheelchair and is usually treated differently by his care workers, but Cera and their team are the first company to understand he is not just his disability. Very pleased with their live in care for him.

My dad has built a special relationship with his care worker, she is very well treated by the company, which is rare in the industry. This reflects in the work she provides, as she is always very energetic and happy to work with dad.

Cera organized my dad's post-discharge care very quickly. I was worried about not being able to find a decent care provider, which would mean a prolonged stay at the hospital for him. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.

Cera took care of my dad while I went on holiday. It was the first time I’ve used them, so I was worried about leaving my dad in their care. But their customer service was great and they were happy to update me whenever I called. The carers they provided took great care of my dad.

The staff are very friendly and work hard. Their work goes beyond the hours in which the carers look after my Mom. When she got ill, they were able to arrange medicine to be delivered quickly and the client team kept up constant communication to make sure she was okay. Living abroad it is very helpful to be able to trust the company that is providing her care.

My grandfather needed some extra help after my grandmother passed away. Cera has been a great help ever since. The carers respect that he is still independent, mobile, and wants to live a meaningful life in his own home, but that he does need help with certain things. It is great for me living in Portsmouth that I can check in and see what he and his carers are up to online. Excellent service.

Cera was referred to us through my father's council when he finally let us look for a carer for him. He was very nervous and anxious about the idea. Luckily he really gets along with his carer and its amazing to know someone is there to keep him company!

Cera was great in sorting out my grandmother's care. I was only in the UK for a few days and they came and met the both of us right away. Living so far away, I feel at ease knowing I can trust Cera and their carers. Plus I can always check online to see how things are going which is extremely helpful.

I needed to sort out care for my aunt very quickly when she unexpectedly needed surgery and Cera saw her right away in hospital. They not only helped her recover but she even stays in touch with her carer after no longer needing care! A great company that I’m sure we will use again in the future

Initial experience was disappointing. Seemed to be lack of coordination between staff manning the phones and those who take on the handover when shifts change. Sometimes the team mis understood the nature of my requests. the situation is much improved now and the followup with clients is good
