Best care company we’ve ever used for my gran - carers are attentive and knowledgable.

I started with a excellent assessment and very thorough, Since my care plan was started I have received nothing but professional care from all departments of the company. Then things went horribly wrong they had several changes of management which shows how poor there care became.They now offer a neglective and unsafe service backed up by their last CQC visit last year.

My mother-in-law has been resistant to having carers in but she is more than happy now that she has tried this company and is very fond of her regular carer. She is also impressed by the offer of outings as she cannot leave the house without help.

Very efficient and friendly for the most part, and easy to develop a personal relationship with the allocated carers (who are wonderful)!

Needed cover over the xmas & new year period to look after an elderly relative recovering from surgery. Cera provided a suitable carer who was great.

Ceracare has failed to provide the adequate care for my mother’s needs in that they were mostly unreliable. They have made certain statements in reply to a negative review that is untrue. I’d like to make clear, that their comments are untrue and they did NOT withdraw care, but we had already discussed request to have the company removed! Having met two representatives from the company on a recent meeting personally, I found their manner unprofessional, uncaring and rather confrontational. The truth of the matter is, that they failed to care for my mother’s needs as most of their carers were insufficiently trained and uncaring. Many cancelled last minute and didn’t even turn up, without notice. Not happy overall and a pity they do not live up to their name.

This company is amazing! The care they provide to my uncle with parkinson's disease is exceptional. The staff are very friendly and I always trust them to provide the best care possible to my family member.

I have been looking to hire a great carer and was truly surprised by the speed and quality of the process at Cera. I requested a call-back on the website and received a contact within the next 2 hours! I ended up booking several half-day packages, and so far the carers have demonstrated exemplary professionalism and dedication matching my own. I always feel worried whenever I need to put my mother into somebody else's care but with Cera I seem to be able to relax a little bit. Thank you!

Have been receiving Carers for my mum for several months and CCG have finally moved the care package. I would not recommend this agency at all. They state that they hire only the best 5% of best professional Carers but I found this not to be the case. The carers sent here lacked experience and although they stated that their carers could deal with bed bound patients, patients with peg feeding or suctioning none of them could or even had received correct training. Carers were often late or failed to attend which had an adverse effect on my mums well being and caused me great anxiety and distress. They showed no respect or concern and didn't even bother to reply to emails. If you want good care along with good family support I would not recommend this agency. RESPONSE TO CERACARE BELOW.. YOU PAID EXTRA FOR CARERS TAXI BECAUSE YOU COULDNT COVER THE SHIFTS .THE FACT THAT YOU HAD TO BRING CARERS FROM OTHER SIDE OF LONDON WAS BECAUSE YOU HAD NO CARERS NEAR TO SEND.CARERS FAILED TO ATTEND SEVERAL TIMES LEAVING A VULNERABLE PERSON AT RISK YOUR CARERS WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL OR EVEN TRAINED NOT KNOWING EVEN HOW TO USE A SLIDING SHEET. THEY WERE LATE AND SOME CANCELLED LAST MINUTE. YOUR COMMENTS ARE UNTRUE AND SLANDEROUS....AND FOR INFORMATION I ASKED CCG AS YOU KNOW FROM MEETING TO REMOVE THIS FROM CERA SEVERAL TIMES SO BE HONEST IN YOUR COMMENTS. IT IS STRANGE THAT EVERY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IS REPORTED BY CERA TO TRY AND REMOVE.

Since we took on board Cera we have been extremely satisfied with their performance, and the carers. It is extremely important to have the right Carer to fit in with the right care service user, in our case we have managed to have a number of carers which have been suitable over the periods where we have required palliative care for our mother. I recommend this agency for anyone who has concerns for their loved ones Who are in need of special care needs, trust and genuine input of care all round. We will continue to employ agency, due to their high level of performance and their attentiveness., this is very rare and should be extremely appreciated by all family members who require a first-class care agency. Had to get care sorted for my mum over Christmas time while I was visiting and Cera were so responsive and fast despite it being the holidays! Really set my mind at ease and my mum has been doing much better ever since. Highly recommend their services.

Despite leaving phone messages and requesting a call-back via their website's 'live chat' portal, nobody ever called back to discuss my needs The live chat, which actively sought information from me promised a telephone call to set-up a care package, I waited an hour, no call so returned to the live-chat. They promised a call within 24 hours - not good enough. I was hoping to start the care package within 24 hours (as their site promises is possible). I tried calling but always met with the hateful and automated "I'm sorry, it is not possible to take your call right now". If they cannot organise themselves to take or make a call to get new business I had very little hope for them responding to any requests once I was hooked as a customer. So I went elsewhere, everything sorted with another agency very quickly.

Excellent and friendly care. I would highly recommend Cera!
