My mum has now settled with her package of care. She has 2 lovely girls that tend to complete the calls all week every week which means the continuity is amazing. We know who is coming and when. Branch staff were quick to turn this around for us when requested. Thankyou all at Premier Care.
Cera care in Ellon, Aberdeenshire looked after our mother for the last few years of her life. They were dependable and showed they could be counted on. She would look forward to seeing them every day and they treated her like family, often receiving cards on birthdays, attending parties etc. We are grateful to have had such lovely people looking after our mother, who genuinely cared for her wellbeing.
Cera Care (Ellon branch) provide twice daily visits at mealtimes for my elderly Dad. He finds his carer visits helpful, supportive and he also enjoys their chat too. My sister and I both live several hours away from Peterhead, so the service provided by Cera Care is very much appreciated and provides great peace of mind for us. The Ellon Branch office staff are lovely to deal with and extremely helpful, in my experience changes to Care Plans and service are made quickly and efficiently. My Dad has also recently just started having Cera Social Care Visits twice a week which he looks forward to and very much enjoys. Thank you Cera (Ellon) for all your help and support.
Great customer service when contacting the Leeds branch. Always go above and beyond to deal with my call efficiently. The care my Dad receives is fantastic even though he is a bit of a grump the girls know how to deal with him on the day. I would highly recommend
My mother has had Cera carers for quite a long time. The team provide the best care and have great communication, arrive promptly to time schedule and are very caring to her every need and always engage management with any concerns regarding her care. Only ocassionaly had concerns if a new carer unsure of tasks. Which management addresses promptly.
Terrible company too many changes in staff upsetting my Mum. Never sticking to the time we have asked for just come when they feel like. Freezer door left open so many times but will not refund food spoilage. We are looking to change the company because its like talking to a brick wall. Invoices hard to understand wrong charges.
Firstly, I really like having the carers as they are very helpful in my day to day tasks. They’re always sociable and fun to be around. Secondly, the office staff have always kept me updated on my care when needed. They have always provided clear communication for me. Thirdly, I feel my care plan is suited around me. My visits have enough time for the carers which then supports me with what is needed.
very good carers in the peterhead area. I can't praise them enough for the work they do for my Uncle Eddie. Phoned office and spoke to an office member called Sara who was very helpful and lovely to speak to. Field cares Sasha and Mariola are always lovely when they come and visit.

Very happy with the care my uncle receives from Cera Care Grampian, the carers are so lovely and are a big help which takes a lot of the stress off my aunt, they are an absolute blessing and go above and beyond what we were expecting when we joined Cera Care. Office staff have always been lovely to speak to if anything needs changed around. Cannot thank them enough.
After experiencing Cera carers for the last 6 months I cannot speak to highly of this organisation. The carers themselves are now looked on as friends and my wife who is in receipt of the care looks forward to their visits . They exude confidence and professionalism. I found the management team to be both proactive and reactive , proactive in trying to preempt problems before they occur and reactive to situations that are unexpected. Thank you to all involved as without their help I don’t think I would be able to cope .
I couldn’t ask for a better care agency including a lot of very caring carers
My mother has been receiving care from Apex prime care Portsmouth now for over four years. I have seen several iterations of the care app and do think this one is currently the best to date. However It would help if you could leave real time messages for carers and they could leave short messages for me as my mother’s primary carer. The relationship with the office staff is excellent from management staff to those who arrange the rotas, weekly at my request I receive an email Rota enabling me to print this off so my mother is able to keep track of the carers visiting and scheduled times. All email communications are responded to very quickly. On rare occasions when there has been a problem I have had excellent communication both written and verbal from the office staff and issues have been resolved fairly and quickly and at all times ensuring my mothers wishes and feelings are respected. My mother generally has the same carer Mon- Fri mornings who she totally feels confident with all her personal care that is provided my mother is very fond of her and they have a lovely relationship. This carer also is very supportive to me and will contact me directly if she is concerned. Regrettably weekend carers are not consistent both in staff member or time of so my mother is unable to establish a good relationship often feeling rushed and watched at time’s if they have arrived earlier than scheduled especially during her evening meal. Overall I would recommend the care company and would like to thank them for their support in helping my mother live independently.
Recent changes to the Portsmouth and Havant branch have improved the customer/client relationship. Staff respond quickly to telephone calls in a friendly manner. The weekly online information of named carers visits is helpful to clients.
I am very happy with the care my Mum receives from ceracare grampian. The carers are very good with her and keep me well informed about any changes or concerns they have about her, this allows us to tweak her care before problems arise. I am very grateful to them all as I could not manage without them
Aberdeen carers have made such a difference to our lives Their support is invaluable We were very apprehensive but they made it so easy. Can’t praise them enough
We seem to have 2 of the best carers you could possibly imagine. Liz through the week and Paula on sundays both from the Apex primecare Brighton, They are completely trustworthy and they just seem to go that extra mile with their care. thats why I feel I must give credit where it is due and write this revue.
Pleased with the level of care I get from the carer's who see me, who are usually regular and familiar faces who come in and complete their task but take time to strike up a conversation.
My experience of Cera care Grampian, I had 2 brother's with complex disabilities, who were both looked after by 3 wonderful carer's, Fiona, Richard & Billy. We lost 1 of them recently, the carer's are wonderful. I live many miles away, but get the opportunity to talk to my brother on the phone regularly. I talk to the carers and get regular updates regarding my brother. He has a wonderful life, going to clubs, functions and volunteering. He goes to the cinema with a carer, shopping, swimming, day trips and holidays. He loves his carers and feels happy and safe in their company. For me, I could not wish for a better company to entrust with his care. The carers are almost like family. My brother has been so very lucky to have consistant care over many years, from the same carer's. Management have also been very helpful. Very approachable. Thank You Cera Care.
All carers seem to do a very good job in very tough circumstances, the only point I would like to make is that the daily reports are more comprehensive with the more experienced carers.Minor detail I know but sometimes when we are unable to visit family it’s very helpful to understand how things are going on. Thank you for everything you do keep up the good work 👍
