Not necessarily the company, but the carers are excellent and make my husband feel very safe when transferring between bed and shower etc. Our regular carer team are all lovely and do their very best for my husband at all times. Sometimes the management team can be a little overbearing and will attempt to dictate what my husband can and cannot do, which does make him stick his heels in to try to prove them wrong!

Good service from the carers but timings are generally late. Have spoken to the office and the alloted visit is 10 am but more often its 11 am or later which does somewhat waste the morning waiting around

Excellent care provided by carers who visit my husband 3 times a week to carry out showering for him. They are very caring and show great expertise.

The carers are excellent and always help me do everything I can't do myself. My one negative is that I would like my morning call at 9.30am but the carer comes anytime up to 11.15am by which time the morning has gone.

Excellent service from management to front line carers. Professional, courteous, clean and respectful. Totally recommend Cera care...this is what this line of care service should be like and not what other care services are doing...Cera are in my opinion the best in their field.

I can highly recommend Cera Care who are currently supporting my uncle. Ive been in my uncle property many times when his carers have been present, all been very respectful, professional and very caring. My uncle now has learnt how to use his Care App - one of his male carers had taken time out to show him how to use it along with myself showing him - well done to him, my uncle now knows what carer and times coming in to support him and not having to wait for me to show and tell him, just like to say thank you to you all for doing a very important role within supporting my uncle to live his life to the full

It is highly rewarding to work for Cera Care. With many years working in health and social care sector, it has taken me to a place where I am able to obtain feedback from families and supported people in real time. Moving away from the years of knowing how the service is during 3 monthly reviews as a manager. Making the service work around the individual and becoming more people lead then just process lead.

After a few teething problems whilst they got used to mom and he needs our experience has been very good. Much better that the 2 company's we used previously. The other company's gave notice to terminate as soon as we complained about their poor service. Cera have worked with us to find the best care for our mum.

Most of the carers arrive by their planned time and most of them are appreciated by the person being cared for. Its inevitable given the turnover of staff in caring and the dislike of any change to routine or new faces by the very elderly being cared for that 100% satisfaction cannot be constant. Their app makes the business of knowing how the cared for are each day a godsend to family members

I can highly recommend Cera Care who currently look after my mother. The carers are so caring and thoughtful which really helps us enormously. The portal application is superb ensuring that we know how mum is and what has happened throughout every day. Thank you Cera Care.

We have had the privilege of using Cera Care for the care of my elderly mother and stepfather for several years. They are extremely caring, personable, professional and I trust them totally. They keep me informed through their app and also by the interactions with members of the team. They fulfil the tasks with dignity, with respect and with kindness. A great team of people.

A complex package excellently managed by all the carers involved. I find the carers, professional, caring and knowledgeable. They work closely with the care plan and communicate well. Generally, they are on time and give a good service I am very happy with the service provided.

Appalling company. Didn't bother turning up to care for my mum for months on end, neglected her needs, obnoxiously rude telephone staff, then ignored all further correspondence, finally removed by the council & replaced by a decent company....they turn up AND do the job that is expected of them 🤯 The Tories would do a better job of caring for your loved ones.

Office staff lack care for their carers, manager does not follow up on complaints. Zero confidentiality between office/carers and service users. CQL threatens livelihood of carers that have issues rather than attempting to resolve them. All in all it’s a bullying workplace that messes with mental health, and doesn’t care “as long as calls are covered” even if said calls are cut short due to increasing workload after losing most staff. Mears were a better company to work for.

I get a email saying they stop by support, by email. The carer put's things down. Because the other carer that I had for a couple of times. Told me. which is private about my family. Not for all carer see. I want to see want she put down and they want. Because they carer is a lier. And because of that. they stop my support and left me with no help. Which cause a seizure. They don't replay back to emails from Advocacyn. To see what they put down. The main person at the office lier. about me. To the person that rang up to find out why it stop. The main person at office lied. The carer's are two-face. And put personal things down that private and putting lie down. The don't understand about the problems I have. They look at you thinking the no it all. When they don't. And the office don't like it when you put complain in about a carers. So they stop the support. They leave early. And still get paid for it. One time a carer left because her boyfriend rang so she left half hour early. She did't make the time up next time. She got paid for that. As some said to me Cera only want the money. The people in aberdeenshire. Just dump me with no help
