I had a cellhelmet liquid glass on my last phone and I told everyone about it, and how impressed I was by it's protection. I didn't hesitate to do it again with my next phone. 8 months after getting my phone I dropped it on a dirt path face down and my screen broke. I filed the claim but it took forever because when I did it through the app it submitted my claim to asfalis (the company who used to file their claims) and I had to figure out the problem on my own. BTW when i finally got in touch with the representative she insisted cell helmet and asfalis had nothing to do with each other even though a quick google search said otherwise) I did finally get in touch with olive bridge and they did eventually send me the $300 of the $450 i had to pay to fix my phone. I got a new liquid glass put on my new phone but had difficulties when trying to register it because I already registered the first ones. Well, life got busy and I never registered it, thinking there's no chance my phone will break again. No such luck My screen just broke AGAIN after falling face down on a Lifeproof vinyl floor. A deep cut right over the keyboadd that has the glass sharp with shards. I will never pay for a liquid glass from cellhelmet again as it seems their quality went downhill and I only did it in lieu of expensive insurance. Now I am $250 in the hole already with a broken screen and no funds for a new one.

Case was printed completely off where it was supposed to be. Tried for a return or replacement but haven’t heard anything.

was too long before they even shipped it. Invoice showed that it would be 5 to 7 days for delivery. Didn't ship it until the 5th day and that wasn't until i notified them with the complaint on not being shipped yet. Wanted my money back but they went and shipped it anyway LATE! The phone cover is very difficult to get phone back out. Never get my business again.

The company will find any way to get out of paying for their "indestructible" liquid screen. Because I didn't take a picture with the tiniest bit of the bottom of the phone screen not showing they said they denied my claim. It was the picture I took to register the product with olive bridge claims a couple months ago. I was really impressed with the product until they try to be sneaky little snakes and find ways not to oay for their product failing. If I could give less stars I would. This company is the reason good companies aren't trusted. Let my veteran buddies know to go through a different. I can't believe yall would snake a customer that was enjoying yalls product like that.

Don't ever get this product!!!! Save your $$$ One would assume that when spending such high price for a product to protect your phone screen it would cover it for the time liquid Glass protector is on your phone. But wait no.....only 1 year. Is your product that bad, that it can't protect the screen after a year? Just another company looking to get more $$$ out of us without having to give back. Hiding things in very small print hoping we never read all of it. Sad sad way of doing business but Karma is a .....

Was sold this at a Verizon store. Rep said he had to do the installation for coverage to count then after the fact said I had to register it. Read the instructions that primarily this is done by downloading an app (that's crap, the last thing I need is another app tracking my phone) but it also says I can email instead. I've now gotten to email responses (with no name or company information) saying I DON'T have a choice and have to download the app. App has 1* reviews for both functionality during registration and claims. Seems like the product may be a nice product but don't buy this for the "damage coverage" because they won't even honor their own printed material for registering it. Adding: their response below shows how they are trying to get around their own wording on the packaging. Do not recommend.

My experience was great. Because the customer service got to me super fast and they laid out the entire plan of how to deal with my claim. It turns out I didn't need a claim because their product was just fine and I actually broke my screen protector and I felt kind of embarrassed, however, they're kind wonderful. Customer service People were able to handle everything with super care.And I couldn't be happier to be a customer of cellhelmet.☆☆☆☆☆

I purchased a Cell Helmet plan and when my phone was severely damaged, I tried to file a claim. They refused to cover it because I couldn’t provide a photo of the damaged phone with identifying information on the screen. The issue? The damage was so bad I couldn’t access anything on the screen to take a picture.

Then initial order came in an expeditionary manner. Upon arrival, I found one item incompatible with my cell phone. I contacted Customer Service, and they have started the process of sending the compatible item free of charge on the same expedited basis.

**BUYER BEWARE** I am very disappointed with this company's cheating tactics. I purchased this product from my local Xfinity store. I just did what the sales representative told me to do, which was to keep the box and cards inside. If I ever need to file a claim I can give them the pin on the card. I called Cellhelmet to file a claim and Aaron was very aggressive with me saying because I didn't register they would not help me. It's not my fault customers are not being told the right thing. *** I DONT recommend this product********

This thing is a mess. Overpriced and the warranty registration is designed to mess you up. First, makes you download an app. Spyware or something. Afterwards, code doesn't even work until after 24 hrs and if you lose it BECAUSE YOU ARE FORCED TO WAIT then you're stuck because they won't even help you. I can already imagine if you make a claim. Believe the other folks that said they got denied. Don't even bother with this company. They designed it to just get money and not help afterwards. You're better off with some other brand

Avoid Avoid Avoid I applied for a claim, and they told me they would not pay me because I repaired the phone before the confirmation. In other words, I have to wait a couple of months to get their approval before repairing my device. Please note that the claim contains the receipt, which means I can fix my device before confirmation.

The company refused to honor the The Company refused to honor the $300 repair warranty simply because the registration was not accomplished within their arbitrary time frame. Poor customer service. Predatory marketing practices allowing the Company to limit their exposure to honoring their warranty claims. Do not buy this product.

I purchased the liquid glass for the 1st time from cellhelmet on a new phone. I hadn't had the chance to register yet when there was an accident that shattered my screen, I only had the phone for a week. The 30 days given for you to register is nonexistent and I just wasted $100 on this product. I'll not be purchasing again. Very disgusted with this company smh

Wow! You guys are awesome! I thought this was going to be a long drawn out fight to get it approved. Thank you for working with me and operating with principles. I've used cell helmet for years and this is the closest I've ever had to a problem and you resolved it so quick and effortlessly.
