Got it right the second time. I ordered case for my new iPhone 15 Pro. I liked the styling of this case so I chose it over the Apple brand case. The caase arrived but only the volume buttons worked - not the main button or the ringer button. I worked with customer support and they finally to which they responded "We can send out a new replacement free of charge as a one-time courtesy ...". One-time Courtesy? The replacement arrived a week after my initial contact over the issue. I bought an Apple case in the interim to protect my investment. The replacement is fully functional. So now I have two working cases. I am grateful the replacement one is fully functional, since I am out of 'courtesy' resolutions.

Does not work. This product is a scam. The screen broke and they did not honored the warranty.

After downloading registration app to receive warranty coverage I was asked to make a choice between cell helmet managing my phone calls to allow or not allow. When I chose not allow the application stopped and I was not able to finish registering for warranty coverage. Please help

On my second cellhelmet screen protector product. First one a week after install it cracked. Phone wasn't dropped spend good money to buy the first one. The had to pay more to get a replacement. Now that one cracked also phone wasn't dropped or abused. The product is not what it is represented to be. Very displeased and will not purchase again

By using their liquid screen protector, My phone screen got shiny spot scratches. They charged more than 50$, but not worth it than tempered glass. I recommend use tempered glass to protect screen than regret later.

customer service non responsive when I had issues trying to register product. Can't imagine what would happen if I had to file a claim. Returned our phones to Verizon. Purchased new phones, applied screen savers purchased online which we were able to apply easily. Have dropped phone many times and have had no problems Also purchased cell helmut wireless charger, also a failure.

When I purchased my cell helmet tempered glass screen saver last year, I was told to save my receipt and it came with a lifetime warranty. It was so easy to go to the website and complete the procedure. I promptly received confirmation and shipping notices. When I received the wrong size - I chatted my problem and was notified that I will receive the correct one soon . I am happy and highly recommend this company.

Purchased a liquid screen protector for a perfectly good iphone from cellhelmet. The app to register the product did not complete the registration. Within 48 hours the screen was cracked beyond repair. With pictures to prove the phone was in excellent condition when the product was applied, and the store manager vouching for the truth of that, cellhelmet still refused to honor their warranty. I would not recommend this company to anyone. THE APP DID NOT WORK TO REGISTER THE PRODUCT SO THE COMPANY REFUSES TO HONOR THE WARRANTY. MY REVIEW STANDS.

When you're sitting in the repair shop, this looks like a great product. Lifetime warranty! AFTER they take your money, you learn that you have to register your phone with the company and even then you don't see the fine print that you have to register by putting their app on your phone! Absurd, I'm not putting your app on my phone. Then on top of that, you subsequently learn that the lifetime warranty is only for 1 year. Absolute waste of time and money. Edit: My response to your response is that your business practice is deceptive because you don't disclose in advance what's required to take advantage of the warranty. It should be clearly stated in the advertising, not hidden in the fine print you get AFTER you pay your money and they paint your screen with the chemical.

Not worth it. Screen cracked on two separate phones with this. AND the “lifetime, money back guarantee?” Not so much. My claim was denied for “excessive damage to device screen.” $10 tempered glass screen protectors from amazon (or wherever) are the way to go. They actually protect the screen and cheaper. I bought the cellhelmet liquid glass and had a verizon representative apply it to my iPhone screen a while back because of the lifetime warranty and it’s so-called “shatterproof”-ness. The screen still managed to crack from a short drop, but since I had not registered it, no warranty (I had my screen replaced). When I bought a new phone recently, I was hesitant to buy it beciase of the poor results, but the Verizon person convinced me it was the best, so I got it and registered it. And my screen cracked again. This time, I filed a claim. It was denied due to “excessive damage to device screen.”

I reached out to just tell the company how great their cell phone case was since it saved my son’s iPhone from a mower fan belt. Someone got back to me and told me about the lifetime warranty, which I was unaware of. I was able to get a new phone case with a small processing fee. Great product and awesome customer service!
